The ESO Night Market is ESO’s first event zone, introduced in Update 49 as part of Season Zero. It appears within Fargrave’s interplanar bazaar for a limited time, offering challenging group content across three dangerous districts. Every boss encounter and puzzle in the zone is covered here, from the open-world Brazen tier up to the Opulent Ordeal trial. If you’re trying to find your way into the Night Market Zone, read our How to Get to the Night Market Guide.

This guide is a work in progress. If you know how to complete the puzzles or want to add any information, please join our Community Discord and write in the AlcastHQ feedback channel!

How Night Market Bosses Work

ESO Night Market Boss Kill Order

ESO Night Market Boss Kill Order

The Night Market uses a hierarchical tier system where defeating lower-tier bosses unlocks access to higher-tier bosses. Every Night Market district unlocks the next tier boss the same way. Kill 2x Brazen Bosses = Argent Boss Spawns

Boss Tier Overview

  • Brazen (12 total, 4 per district): Open-world, any group size, no prerequisites.
  • Argent (6 total, 2 per district): Open-world, any group size. Spawn after defeating Brazen bosses. Drop Gilded Key fragments.
  • Gilded (3 total, 1 per district): 4-player instanced encounters. Require both Gilded Key fragments plus the district relic. Drop Opulent Key Fragments.
  • Opulent (3 bosses, fought together): 12-player trial. Requires all 3 Opulent Key Fragments.

There are also Faceted Enemies that glow and give you buffs (Boons) for that district. Additionally you can find Calamitous bosses (one per district) that roam the open world independently, plus Skirmish events that spawn on a timer.

Tips

  • Keys are Guaranteed. Every Argent drops a Gilded fragment, every Gilded drops an Opulent fragment. No RNG.
  • Consumed on kill, not on wipe. You can attempt any fight as many times as you need without losing your key.
  • Relics are permanent. Once you assemble a district’s relic from 10 splinters, you keep it. Only the keys need to be re-earned.
  • Brazens respawn after their Argent dies.
  • You can track your keys through the Boss UI menu in game (F5 by default on PC).

Brazen and Argent Boss Pairs

ESO Argent Bosses in Night Market Ash Titan

Once you have a full Gilded Key from Argent bosses and the district’s Relic, you can enter the Gilded boss instance.

The Opulent Ordeal Trial

Collect all three Opulent Key Fragments (one per Gilded boss) to form an Opulent Key and enter the ESO Night Market Opulent Ordeal trial boss iconOpulent Ordeal. This is the Night Market’s trial encounter. Opulent Keys are consumed on kill, so clearing it again means running all three Gilded bosses for new fragments.

All Skittering Precinct Boss Spawn locations on map

The Skittering Precinct is the Night Market’s spider-themed district. Its traversal challenge is grapple points that let you reach elevated areas once you have the Egg of Arac relic. The relic also breaks web barriers blocking treasure chests and heavy sacks. The district’s Gilded dungeon is the Gossamer Crypt.

  • ESO Night Market Spider Daedra boss iconGilded Alziriix (Gossamer Crypt Dungeon, 4-player instance)

Argent Flesh Abomination

ESO Argent Flesh Abomination2

The Flesh Abomination is a hulking damage sponge. Spawned by killing Brazen Kraohl the Defiler and Brazen Khephidaen.

Watch out for: Hoarvors and AOE that sticks to players and explodes. Don’t stack with other players.

Argent Lady Nassulekh

Lady Nassulekh is a Spider Daedra that is spawned by killing Brazen Votary of Velidreth and Brazen Dranos Velador.

Watch out for: Try to stay close to her as she charges the furthest player from her. The fight can be a bit over the place if she charges back and forth on the arena.

Calamitous Roksa the Warped

ESO Calamitous Roksa the Warped boss

Roksa the Warped roams the Skittering Precinct as its Calamitous world boss. Like all Calamitous bosses, she operates independently of the hierarchy chain and does not drop Relic Splinters.

Watch out for: Stay away from the AOE’s on the ground, there will be lots of them.

Boon on kill: Swift Gale (light attacks spawn ice storms dealing 5,000 Frost Damage every 0.5s)

Gilded Alziriix (Gossamer Crypt Dungeon)

ESO Gilded Alziriix boss

Alziriix is the Gilded boss of the Skittering Precinct, fought as a 4-player instanced encounter inside the Gossamer Crypt.

Boon on kill: Magical Multitudes (Every 15s a ground AOE may diverge, pulsing energy every 0.8s for 10s dealing 5,000 Magic Damage.)

Mechanics
  • Daedric Explosion: Pulls everyone in with Grappling Web, then big AoE. Get out immediately after the pull.
  • Call Lightning: Lightning AoEs on players and random spots. Keep moving.
  • Spiderkith Horde: Channel ability that heals the boss. Interrupt the heal channel.
  • Ensnaring Spider (75%, 50%, 30%): Grabs furthest player, cocoons and pulls them towards it. Kill the spider when it spawns.
  • Enraged: Boss periodically enrages (turns red). Kill Hoarvors, pick up sacs, throw at boss.

Public Event: Brood Skirmish

ESO Skittering Brood Skirmish

ESO Night Market Skirmishes are on a timer. You can check the time by pressing F5 on PC (the boss overview/faction scores view). The Brood Skirmish activates in the central fountain courtyard of the Skittering Precinct. You will see red mist in the air when it starts.

Boon on completion: Healthy Bargain (+25% Max Health, 60 min)

Phase 1: Scatter the Swarm

Pick up hot coals from nearby braziers and throw them on the Skein Spider Swarms until progress hits 100%. Larger spiders wrap the braziers in web to block you. Kill those spiders to free the brazier, or clean webbed braziers manually (you cannot use skills while cleaning, but multiple players speed it up).

Phase 2: Clear the Dregs

Refuse piles on the ground start glowing. Pick one up and carry it to an active brazier to burn it. While carrying, you are forced to walk and cannot attack. Spider swarms return and can target specific players (watch for the red marker above your head). Use brazier coals on targeted swarms to kill them.

Phase 3: Defeat the Hordemother

The Hordemother arrives with Daedric allies. Swarms continue with Phase 1 mechanics. Throwing fire at the Hordemother damages her directly.

Complete the Brood Skirmish and defeat the Hordemother in the Skittering Precinct to earn the Brood Exterminator Achievement.

Advance the Brood Skirmish in the Skittering Precinct by scattering 10 skein spider swarms and burning 10 dregs to earn the Bare, Burnt, Brood Achievement.

Arachnid Invasions Oddity

ESO Arachnid Invasions Night Market

Skittering Precinct Arachnid Invasions locations in the Night Market

Skittering Precincts Arachnid Invasion is a tower defense minigame found at four locations across the Skittering Precinct. Spiders come down on four lanes toward mounted flamethrowers and your job is to keep the flamethrowers alive until the invasion is repelled. If two flamethrowers get fully covered in web making the Switch Plate unusable, the activity fails.

Boon on completion: Flame Aura (9,000 Flame Damage every 1s within 6 meters, 15 min)

How the Arachnid Invasion Oddity Works

  1. You need four players to stand on Switch Plates to cover all four lanes.
  2. When a spider gets close, activate the Switch Plate to burn them with the flamethrower. Some spiders require multiple hits.
  3. If your flamethrower has a lot of web on it, you can overheat the flamethrower by pressing the Switch Plate 6 times to clear them. (The flamethrower can’t be used for a bit after this)
  4. After some time you will get a notification “Invasion Repelled” and you 10 Faction Favor as well as a Flame Aura Boon that damages enemies within 6 feet of you.
Skittering Precinct Arachnid Invasion: How the Spider Oddity Works in ESO

Step on the plates to burn the spiders

Tips

  • You only get credit for the achievement and daily quest if you use the Switch Plate yourself. If someone else presses it at the same time, it won’t count.
  • The Puzzle can be soloed but it is very difficult, so it’s best to ask for other players for help, most players want to complete the puzzle just like you do.
  • Only use the flamethrower when a Spider is up close
  • Sheathing your weapons makes the Switch Plate interaction faster

Participate in all 4 Arachnid Invasion oddities in the Skittering Precinct without leaving the area to earn the Not Today, Spiders achievement.

  • Southeast Arachnid Invasion
  • Northeast Arachnid Invasion
  • Northwest Arachnid Invasion
  • Southwest Arachnid Invasion

Daring Race: Rapid Extermination

ESO Rapid Extermination Skittering Precinct in Night Market

Rapid Extermination is a timed race in the Skittering Precinct district of ESO’s Night Market. A brazier near the district entrance holds a flame essence that you carry to spider nests nearby. You get 12 seconds per flame pickup before it burns out and three nests to destroy in total.

Boon on completion: Arac’s Sacrifice (a spider follows you; when it dies, activate a synergy for 60,000 Poison Damage; corpse deals 8,500 Poison Damage/s for 30s, 15 min)

How Rapid Extermination Works

  1. Interact with the brazier to pick up flame essence. A timer starts counting down.
  2. Sprint to the nearest highlighted spider nest and burn it before the flame expires.
  3. Run back to the brazier and pick up another flame.
  4. Repeat for the second and third nests.
  5. When you destroy all three nests, the activity is complete.
  6. You get 10 Faction Favor as well as an Aracs Sacrifice spider pet that follows you, damages enemies and provides a synergy for dealing more damage when it dies.

Tips for Completing Rapid Extermination in ESO

  • Use stealth to sneak past enemies (like Nightblade’s Shadow Cloak) or clear the area of enemies with a group

Complete the Rapid Extermination, Void Collapse, and Unstable Creatia daring races across the districts of the Night Market to earn the Audacious Athlete achievement.

Sorrow’s Friend Overview

ESO Sorrow's Friend Bosses on map, Night Market Event Zone

All Sorrow’s Friend Boss Spawn locations on map

Sorrow’s Friend is the Night Market’s eclipse and undead-themed district. Its traversal challenge is the Baleful Darkness, patches of shadow that damage and kill you unless you carry the Gleaming Lamp relic to push them back. The district’s Gilded dungeon is the Mournful Catacomb.

Sorrow’s Friend

Sorrow’s Friend Bosses

  • ESO Night Market Brazen boss tier icon Brazen Kynmarcher Strix, Brazen Plague of Crows, Brazen Murklight, Brazen Scavenging Maw
  • ESO Night Market Argent boss tier icon Argent Kovan Giryon, Argent Exarch Molonach
  • ESO Night Market Calamitous boss tier icon Calamitous Boss: Wailing Bedina
  • ESO Night Market Fateline's Knell boss iconGilded Fateline’s Knell (Mournful Catacomb Dungeon, 4-player instance)

Argent Kovan Giryon

Kovan Giryon is a Telvanni mage and one of the more mechanically demanding Argent bosses. Spawned by killing Brazen Kynmarcher Strix and Brazen Plague of Crows.

Watch out for: When he teleports from one edge to another, he leaves a line that does damage if you stand on it (long red line). He also spawns copies of himself on each player doing damage in an area (this happens throughout the district). Just make sure not to stand on multiple players at the same time.

Argent Exarch Molonach

Argent Exarch Molonach is a Werewolf Behemoth that plays like a cross between Hard Mode Balorgh from March of Sacrifices and the Werewolf Behemoth Potion Ability from Stone Garden. Spawned by killing Brazen Murklight and Brazen Scavenging Maw.

Watch out for: The shade phase. Molonach enters shade phases at 80%, 60%, 40% and 20% health, spawning several shades of himself each time. A glowing green platform appears on the ground. Lure the shades onto it to make them vulnerable and kill them. If the platform does not spawn (known bug as of May 2026), the fight softlocks and everyone must die and reset. Do not resurrect until the entire group is dead.

Calamitous Wailing Bedina

ESO Calamitous Wailing Bedina

Wailing Bedina is a giant Voidmother that drifts through the streets of Sorrow’s Friend. You can hear her weeping as she approaches. She does not drop Relic Splinters and operates independently of the key chain. She will not attack unless you hit her first. If you do not want to fight, let her pass.

Watch out for: Don’t stand in her rings or other AOE’s.

Boon on kill: Frenzied Zeal (Light Attack damage +215%, stacking Intensity buff)

Gilded Fateline’s Knell (Mournful Catacomb Dungeon)

Fateline’s Knell is the Gilded boss of Sorrow’s Friend, a 4-player instanced encounter. You can access the Mournful Catacomb Dungeon once you have killed Argent Kovan Giryon and Argent Exarch Molonach as well as acquired the Gleaming Lamp relic. (How to Acquire the Gleaming Lamp Relic)

Boss leaves at 66% and 33%. One player takes the portal, rest handle adds. Dying in the portal does not mean a wipe since after some time the portal reappears. It only means more growing AOE’s in the main area.

Boon on kill: Rebirth (on death, become immune for 4.5s then revive, healing 16,000 and dealing 50,000 Magic Damage stunning enemies for 5s; once only, 15 min)

Mechanics
  • Calamity: Cleaving heavy attack cone. Block, stay away from tank.
  • Sunburst: Meteor (yellow circle) drops on the furthest player from the boss. Ate least two people needs to stand in it or it will leave a fire aoe on the ground.
  • Wrathstorm: Small “dagger” AOE’s spawn in a circle around the boss before it explodes. Either stay away or dodge inside the explosion.
  • Aspect of Rage (66%): Boss disappears, red portal appears. One player enters portal to kill the Aspect, rest kill adds.
  • Aspect of Sorrow (33%): Same as above, blue portal. One player enters portal to kill the Aspect, rest kill adds.
  • Growing AoE: Expanding circle on a player while the portal mechanic is active. Drop it away from the group. (These disappear when the portal mechanic is done)

Public Event: Descender Skirmish

ESO Sorrow Descender Skirmish

ESO Night Market Skirmishes are on a timer. You can check the time by pressing F5 on PC (the boss overview/faction scores view). The Descender Skirmish activates in the center of Sorrow’s Friend. The sky turns red with lightning flashes when the event is active.

Boon on completion: Valued Mark (+25% Magicka and Stamina Recovery, 60 min)

Phase 1: Stop the Ritual
Kill all enemies in the area until progress hits 100%.

Phase 2: Destroy the Agonymium Stones
The Spiral Descender appears protected by three Agonymium Stones (invulnerable to damage). Each stone is guarded by a floating spectral Horror (dark red cloud). To break the invulnerability:

  1. Kill red Restless Dead skeletons over the Horrors (red cloud) or at least near the Agonymium Stones
  2. When a Restless Dead skeleton dies, a pale yellow circle appears on the ground and reveals the horror
  3. You can also stand in the circle to see and kill the horror (more likely to happen). Step away immediately after the horror dies as the circle also damages you
  4. After the Horror dies, you can damage the Agonymium Stone
  5. Repeat for all three stones

Phase 3: Defeat the Spiral Descender
The boss is now attackable. It summons smaller adds and bigger Spiral Incarnate. Periodically it summons a new Agonymium Stone that makes the boss invulnerable. Switch to the stone immediately every time it spawns. The Horrors are not needed for the stones in Phase 3.

Complete the Descender Skirmish and defeat the Spiral Descender in Sorrow’s Friend to earn the Nightmares Interrupted Achievement.

Advance the Descender Skirmish in Sorrow’s Friend by slaying 6 restless dead to reveal horrors and to earn the Horror Hunter Achievement.

Guiding Light Oddity

ESO Guiding Lights Night Market

Sorrow’s Friend has four light beam puzzles across the district. Each one randomizes when it activates. This is the trickiest oddity in the Night Market.

Boon on completion: Agonizing Tether (a fiery tether deals 1,000 Flame Damage every 0.3s to enemies between you and a red soul gem; gems spawn every 15s and last 12s, 15 min)

How the Guiding Light Oddity Works

Light beam puzzle on a raised platform. Rotate colored stone tablets so light beams travel from the bottom source to the top brazier.

  • Four colored floor buttons (red, yellow, green, blue) rotate tablets of that matching color
  • Bottom row tablets cannot be rotated. Active ones glow before firing
  • Each tablet has three positions, so pressing 4 times takes you back to the first position.
  • You get 4 attempts per activation cycle
  • Tablets of the same color do not start in the same position when it resets

Strategy (works most of the time)

  1. Set red and yellow tablets on the top row to point at the brazier. Then stop touching red and yellow
  2. Adjust green and blue to feed light into the already-set top row tablets
  3. If it fails, change only one color on the next attempt and keep the other three the same

Accessibility warning: This puzzle is fully color-coded with no alternative identification method. The buttons have symbols but the tablets do not share them. If you struggle with color identification, ask another player to call out which buttons to press.

Daring Race: Void Collapse

ESO Void Collapse Race, Sorrow's Friend in Night Market

Void Collapse is a timed race to collect all 5 green Void Tears in the Sorrow’s Friend district of ESO’s Night Market before the timer runs out.

Boon on completion: Void Escape (summon a void portal every 15s to teleport away from enemies, 15 min)

How Void Collapse Works

  1. Start at the Void Tear near the entrance by using the synergy button on the tear.
  2. Go to the next tear within 30 seconds. Tears appear as small highlighted circle effects when you have used the synergy.
  3. Each tear you interact with refreshes the 30-second timer.
  4. Close all five tears to complete the race.
  5. Tears can be collected in any order.
  6. You get 10 Faction Favor as well as a Void Escape synergy that Summons a void portal you can use to teleport away from enemies (15 cooldown)

Tips for Completing Void Collapse in ESO

  • Hug walls, skip fights. Mob packs in Sorrow’s Friend are dense with fast respawns. Use stealth (like Nightblade’s Shadow Cloak) or invisibility potions to move between tears. Wailing Bedina (Calamitous boss) won’t attack unless you hit her first, so ignore her and keep moving.

Complete the Rapid Extermination, Void Collapse, and Unstable Creatia daring races across the districts of the Night Market to earn the Audacious Athlete achievement.

The Parch Overview

ESO The Parch Bosses on map, Night Market Event Zone

All The Parch Boss Spawn locations on map

The Parch is the Night Market’s desert-themed district. Its traversal challenge is perpetual sandstorms that block certain paths until you acquire the Windglass relic to navigate through them safely. The district’s Gilded dungeon is the Timeless Wallow.

The Parch

  • ESO Night Market B'Kyfxi boss iconGilded B’Kyfxi (Timeless Wallow, 4-player instance)

Argent Ash Titan

ESO Argent Bosses in Night Market Ash Titan

The Parch Argent Ash Titan in is a copy of the City of Ash 2 Titan Boss. It spits fire on players, summons fire from the sky, knocks back with its wings and summons air atronachs.

Argent Ozezan the Inferno

Argent Ozezan is an Infernium Daedra in the Parch. Spawned by killing Brazen Incineration Beetle and Brazen Doyelmish Ironheart. Ozezan can easily overwhelm groups with its adds that shoot fire unless interrupted. It also goes into the ground, leaving a giant lava pool and occasionally pulls everyone towards the middle (into a lava pool).

Watch out for: Flying adds that shoot fire at all players really fast. You should always interrupt them, but you can also walk over the little baby inferniums to stop them from spawning altogether. When you see the “wind” starting, run away from the middle so you won’t get pulled into lava.

Calamitous Dunegorger

ESO Calamitous Dunegorger boss

The Dunegorger is a massive Duneripper that wanders The Parch. It does not drop Relic Splinters and operates independently of the key chain. This fight works differently from anything else in ESO.

Core mechanic: You do not fight the Dunegorger head-on. Get in front of its path so it swallows you. Once inside the stomach, attack the Gastric Stalks. There is an outlined escape point inside if you need to bail. Kill the stalks and you get spat out. The Dunegorger dies.

If you die inside, you respawn at a nearby oasis. Getting swallowed is the goal.e.

Boon on kill: Golden Sleight (highlights wealthy enemies, Shakedown synergy for 45,000 Physical Damage)

Gilded B’Kyfxi (Timeless Wallow)

B’Kyfxi is the Gilded boss of The Parch, fought as a 4-player instanced encounter inside the Timeless Wallow. Face the boss away from the group. Focus all adds and Bone Wyrms at health thresholds. At 44%, block Nocturnal’s Favor.

Boon on completion: Sand Swipe (spawns a tendril with 3 pearls; tendrils attack enemies and heal you nearby; each pearl shields you from 33% incoming damage, 15 min)

  • Mind Blast: Beam that zaps everyone in front of the boss. Tank faces boss away from group.
  • Malicious Spheres: Orbs roam room, explode and stun. Kill before they charge.
  • Bone Wyrm (84%, 69%, 54%): Elite add + skeletons. Focus Wyrm, interrupt archers.
    • Cold Snap: Wyrm cone AoE with gaps. Stand in gaps.
  • Shadow Form (44%): Second phase begins. New abilities below.
    • Grave Darkness: Ramping AoE on 2 closest non-tanks. Kite left to right, dodge through when trapped.
    • Nocturnal’s Favor: Heavy attack projectile. Block. Do not dodge roll.
    • Baneful Mark: Lowers health, doubles Ult cost, healing debuff. Heal through immediately.

Public Event: Ritual Skirmish

ESO The Parch Ritual Skirmish

ESO Night Market Skirmishes are on a timer. You can check the time by pressing F5 on PC (the boss overview/faction scores view). The Ritual Skirmish activates in the desert center of The Parch. Clouds and rain appear across the district when it is active.

Boon on completion: Golden Spurs (+20% Speed, +25% gold from enemies, 60 min)

Phase 1: Attune the Antiweather Pylons

Kill enemies in the ritual area. They occasionally drop Motes of Magicka (small green circle). Pick them up with the synergy button and bring them to an Antiweather Pylon (big green circle) and use with interact button (E on PC). Fill progress to 100%.

Phase 2: Defend the Antiweather Pylons

Large Storm Atronachs spawn. Bring them to a pylon (you will see a yellow circle around the atronach). Kill the atronach next to the pylon to charge it. Kill enemies that siphon the charge and have your tanks taunt the big deadroths that spawn during this phase. Fill progress to 100%.

Phase 3: Defeat Levinda and Zephyra

The pylons go online and the two bosses stop levitating. One of the bosses occasionally levitates and you need to repeat the Phase 1 mechanics: bring small green circles to big green circles.

Complete the Ritual Skirmish and defeat Zephyra and Levinda in the Parch to earn the Ritual Disruptor Achievement.

Advance the Ritual Skirmish in the Parch by gathering 6 motes of magicka and attuning 6 weather rods to earn the Storm Breaker Achievement.

Boulder Dashes Oddity

ESO Boulder Dashes Night Market

Pinball-style redirection puzzle. Boulders spawn from black gates. Your goal is to guide them into glowing golden gates by activating colored floor buttons that trigger bouncing plates.

Boon on completion: Boulder Bash (bashing sends a boulder forward dealing 30,000 Earth Damage and stunning enemies, 15 min)

How the Boulder Dash Oddity Works

  • Colored buttons (red, blue, green, yellow) on the ground activate directional plates
  • Press them in the correct sequence as the boulder rolls to redirect it into the golden gate
  • Patterns are not fixed and change between activations
  • Boulders rolling over floor plates activate them too, which can redirect the boulder unexpectedly
  • Boulders are fragile. They break on collision with other boulders, environment objects or roaming NPCs (watch for the Sandworm)

Tips

  • There is no single memorizable solution. Learn which button colors control which plates and react in real time
  • Time your presses carefully since activating too early or late sends the boulder the wrong way

Participate in all 3 Boulder Dash oddities in the Parch and do not venture from them until each one is completed to earn the Boulder Bouncer achievement

  • Southwest Boulder Dash
  • Southeast Boulder Dash
  • Northeast Boulder Dash

Daring Race: Unstable Creatia

ESO Unstable Creatia Night Market

Unstable Creatia is a lightning “obstacle course” race in The Parch district of ESO’s Night Market. Unlike the other two races, you enter through doors marked with a white skull to an area with no enemies. This is the easiest race to complete solo.

Boon on completion: Tempest (summon a Tempest Caller dealing 6,000 Shock Damage to nearby enemies plus lightning strikes within 25m; 24s cooldown, 15 min)

How Unstable Creatia Works

  1. Find a door marked with a white skull in The Parch district and enter.
  2. Crouch (sneak) under the blue lightning barriers.
  3. Avoid the moving flame (each one set has a route it takes)
  4. Use the Tempest Font at the end to complete teh activity

Opulent Ordeal Trial in Night Market

The Opulent Ordeal is the Night Market’s 12-player trial encounter and the final tier on the boss hierarchy. To enter, every member of your group needs all three Opulent Key Fragments (one from each district’s Gilded boss).

  • Keys are consumed after the encounter is completed
  • Running it again requires a full clear of all Argent and Gilded bosses.
  • Fully detailed District Relic and Boss kill order guide, see our ESO Night Market Progression Guide.

How the Fight Works

ESO Opulent Ordeal Relay System mechanic

You pickup the “ball” and deliver to it to the next team in a different area

The encounter uses a “relay system” where three teams run relics to the next team in district-themed side-areas. Each area adds its own mechanics to the main encounter:

  • Cobweb area: Spider pull mechanic. Players get pulled toward the boss.
  • Drylands area: Flame shapers that need to be killed by entering their sand vortex.
  • Eclipse area: Veiled Execution mechanic with Incandescent Pods.

After all of the relay phases are done, all three bosses engage simultaneously.

All ESO Night Market Puzzles (Oddities)

All ESO Night Market Puzzles

The Night Market has 11 oddities spread across its three districts. In-game they are called Oddities. Each district has its own puzzle type with a different mechanic. Completing all puzzles in a district earns a district-specific achievement, and completing all three district achievements earns the Puzzle Lord meta-achievement.

Puzzle Lord is also part of the Night Marketeer meta-achievement, which requires eight total achievements and rewards the Interplanar Victor title.

Puzzle Tips

  • Puzzles have a 5 minute cooldown. If a puzzle location is inactive when you arrive, check back later or move on to the next one.
  • Completing oddities are one of several sources for stacking boons alongside bosses, races and Faceted enemies.
