Welcome to the 2H Stamina Necromancer Build for ESO (Elder Scrolls Online). This build is optimized for group content such as dungeons, trials & arenas and has a very glass-cannon approach. The 2H Stamina Necromancer build is optimized for maximum damage. The build works best in a group but with some minor adjustments can also be played as a solo setup if necessary.
Stamina Necromancers are very powerful two-hander users which benefit a lot from Necromancer passives and skills. Passives such as Death Knell, Rapid Rot and Undead Confederate help a lot with damage and sustain. Powerful skills like Detonating Siphon, Skeletal Archer and Blighted Blastbones deal insane damage. And the Necros favorite ultimate Pestilent Colossus increases the damage of the whole group, a must have!

- Wrecking Blow: Your main Single Target spammable. (You can also use Venom Skull here if you want)
- Reverse Slice: Your execute ability, use this at around 25% instead of Wrecking Blow
- Stampede: Powerful single target and area of effect damage ability.
- Pestilent Colossus: Your Ultimate, activate this to gain a huge damage boost.
- Deadly Cloak: Your main backbar damage over time area effect.
- Skeletal Archer: This is your summon, keep it up all the times because it gives you extra Physical Penetration, extra Stamina Recovery and damage.
- Necrotic Potency: Use this when there is corpses nearby, to regain a lot of Ultimate points.
- Barbed Trap: We activate this once per rotation, gives us Minor Force, increasing our Critical Damage done by 10%.

Keeping up the Skeletal Archer will allow you to have the Undead Confederate passive up a 100% of the time. Make sure to activate potions on cooldown to keep up the recovery passives and make sure to use the right food, that way we can almost reach 1950 Stamina Recovery which should be enough to sustain. In case you still have trouble, you can also do heavy attacks to restore stamina.
