Strengths
Weaknesses
U50 Werewolf DPS Parse
I did plenty of DPS tests for this ESO Werewolf Build for PVE, and I usually ranged between 175-185k DPS on the big target dummy. This test was done on a Nightblade, which performs well as a Werewolf due to the new Class Mastery passives.
Most classes have useful Class Mastery passives for Werewolf; only some fall short.
Gear for the ESO Werewolf Build
You will find 3 different setups here. Setup 1 is the preferred setup. Players who do not have all the gear yet can use Setup 2, which is easier to obtain, and beginners can use Setup 3.

- Setup 3 is for Beginners

Werewolf Skills Setup Explained
In Werewolf form, you can only have one bar. However, the skills do hit really hard and have plenty of effects.
Skills
Werewolf
---
Slot 1: Bloody Gnash
Slot 2: Bloodclaws
Slot 3: Feral Pounce
Slot 4: Hircine’s Rage
Slot 5: Ferocious Roar
Ultimate: Werewolf Berserker
Skill Explanation
Please read the rotation section of the Werewolf Build on how to use the skills.
- Light Attacks: Light Attacks should always be used between abilities; they deal a lot of damage and apply a bleed damage over time effect on the enemy.
- Bloody Gnash: Your spammable, deals massive damage.
- Bloodclaws: Strong damage over time effect.
- Feral Pounce: Strong direct damage and also applies a DoT.
- Hircine’s Rage: Buff that boosts your damage and gives you Major Brutality/Sorcery and Minor Berserk while slotted.
- Ferocious Roar: Buff that places Feeding Frenzy synergy for allies to increase damage. While slotted, it gives you Major Prophesy/Savagery.
- Berserker: While transformed, you gain Major Berserker and your LA/HA apply bleed damage. Also generates “Fury” that can be activated for even more extra damage.

Resource Management
The only thing you have to worry about in Werewolf form is that it runs out of points. Once your ultimate points drop to zero, you will turn back into human form.
- When you aren’t in combat, you can infinitely stay in Werewolf form.
- In combat, you gain ultimate points by dealing damage and using skills. This will keep you in Werewolf form for a very long duration.
Rotation for the Werewolf Build
You only have one bar on the Werewolf; this makes the rotation a lot easier.
- Your main spammable is Bloody Gnash.
- Keep up your DoTs: Bloodclaws, Feral Bounce, Hircine’s Rage and Ferocious Roar.
- Your Ultimate turns into “Rampage” once you collect enough “Fury” points by using skills. Once Rampage is ready, activate it to get additional damage bonuses.
- Always light attack between each skill.
