Powerful Arcanist Healer Build for ESO – Elder Scrolls Online

Skills Explanation:

• Chakram of Destiny: Applies a shield to you or up to 4 allies in front of you. Smart shielding applies to low health allies first.
• Combat Prayer: This is your main spammable as a healer, it needs to be on the group members all the time to heal them and increase their damage by 5%.
• Illustrious Healing: Very strong heal over time that always has to be kept active.
• Curative Surge: Strong forward AoE heal channel that gets stronger the longer it is active. Also restores Magicka/Stamina to allies if a Crux is consumed.
• Audacious Runemend: Heals an ally 3 times and also gives Minor Heroism if target is below 50% health.
• Glyphic of the Tides: Big AoE healing area ultimate that also increases Weapon and Spell Damage. Use this when Warhorn ultimate is not needed.
• Rune of the Colorless Pool: Debuffs the enemy with Minor Vulnerability and Minor Brittle. Can also paralyze monsters.
• Elemental Blockade: Blockade of Frost grants a damage shields (Frost Safeguard) to protect you and allies from projectiles and immobilizes Chilled enemies.
• Echoing Vigor: Strong area of effect heal over time and also activates the Powerful Assault set in combat.
• Energy Orbs: Strong area of effect heal over time and also allies can activate synergy to regain resources.
• Reconstructive Domain: Applies AoE healing on the ground and also applies Minor Courage, Fortitude, Intellect, and Endurance.
• Aggressive Warhorn: This is your main Ultimate, it buffs the groups resources and increases the critical damage modifier for 10 seconds.

Important Info for Magicka Arcanist Healer Build PvE

Buff-food

Ideally, you want to use the Clockwork Citrus Filet as it provides you with a little bit extra Magicka and Health. However, that food is quite expensive, the other option is Witchmother’s Potent Brew which has similar stats.

Alternatively, you can also use Tri-Stat Buff food if you need extra stamina resources, good buff foods are Bewitched Sugar Skulls or Longfin Pasty with Melon Sauce.

Mundus Stone

Resource Management for the Healer Build

For Magicka Arcanists make sure to keep the Reconstructive Domain skill active for you and your allies to benefit from extra Weapon and Spell Damage as well as extra Magicka, Health, and Stamina Recovery. We also benefit from the Erudition and Hideous Clarity passive that increase sustain further.

Using Clockwork Citrus Filet (or Witchmothers Potent Brew) in combination with the Magicka Recovery Glyphs and the Atronach Mundus Stone which also boosts our Magicka Recovery. With all that combined, we get very high Magicka Recovery. Also don’t forget to Heavy Attack on your Restoration Staff bar, you will get 30% more resources back!
