Stamina Templar Build PvE “Jabsmania” – Summerset Chapter

Table of Contents

Introduction

Welcome to the Stamina Templar Build PvE “Jabsmania” for Elder Scrolls Online. Make sure to bookmark the link as I will keep updating the build for each new Update of ESO. The Jabsmania Build is optimized for Trials, Dungeons & Maelstrom Arena.

We are using a Dualwield & Bow setup, as it provides the most damage output in Dungeons and Trials. Templars can provide Minor Fracture and Breach debuff through Power of the Light which increases the groups dps by quite a bit. The build also has very high Single Target and AoE damage and can sustain good because of Repentance.

  • Dualwield & Bow setup
  • Medium Armor
  • High Stamina resource pool
  • good sustain
  • Crazy AoE damage
  • Crazy Single Target damage

Changes from the previous version

  • Optimized the Champion Points. We now use 5 Relequen, 5 Berserking Warrior and two Monster set pieces (Velidreth, Stormfist or Selene). Relequen is a new set that drops in Cloudrest. Berserking is a old set that drops in Hel Ra Citadel, it is a Heavy Armor set, so you need to run it on Jewelry + Weapons. Berserking Warrior gives us an permanent 9% extra Weapon Critical on the front bar and we can keep this up as long as we damage the enemy.
  • In addition, we now use a Light Attack rotation now that Light Attacks got buffed and Heavy Attacks got nerfed. This speeds up the pace of the rotation, which is a good thing! We also use a new buff food called Water-Stained Psijic Food, which is basically the counterpart to Clockwork Citrus Filet.
  • Instead of the Warrior, we now use the Lover Mundus Stone in raids, due to the nerfs to NMG and Sunder we had to find another way to get penetration.
  • We now also use 3 Infused Jewelry trait instead of Robust. The difference between Robust and Infused is very small but Infused is slightyl better.
  • Rotation also changed, because Berserking Warrior has a 5s duration, we only want to stay on the backbar for tops 4,5s. So we moved as many skills tho the frontbar as possible, to increase uptime there.

Resource Management

Water-Stained Psijic Food (Or Dubious Camoran Throne Drink) is the new buff food that we use, to gain a lot of recovery to be able to do a light attack rotation. You also want to make sure that Spears or Orbs are used by your healers to activate the synergy for resources. I recommend being a Redguard because you will get the best sustain. You have more options, you can also use Stormfist as main Monster Set to gain another Stamina Recovery bonus or Vicious Serpent set. And you can be a Vampire stage 2 for the 10% extra Stamina Recovery.

Trials & Dungeons Setup

Weapon Power Potion, Weapon Damage Enchantment and Berserking Warrior were active when I took the screenshot. Gear Setup 1 with Velidreth.

Gear Beginner

This setup is dedicated to people that have not had the chance to farm the necessary gear for the maximum damage potential. All the gear here is either craftable or cheap to get in a guildstore. Make sure to ask a friend to craft Hunding’s Rage and Night Mother’s Gaze. Agility jewelry can be obtained in the Guildstores. I do recommend having around 18k health (with buff-food). You can buy cheap Agility jewelry with healthy trait to reach this value if you want.
