Welcome to the Arcanist Vampire Build “Drain” for ESO (Elder Scrolls Online). Make sure to bookmark the link as I will keep updating the build for each new Update of ESO. This Magicka Arcanist Build is made for Trials, Dungeons and Maelstrom. You can also find other Magicka Arcanist content on the website such as:

This build is focused on a true Vampire experience. Arcanists do well in combination with Vampire in ESO.

Vampires have the drawback of a huge cost increase on all non-Vampire abilities, therefore the False God’s Devotion set can really make a huge difference to help with sustain. In addition, we use the set Bahraha’s Curse that will constantly proc and heal us for the damage caused which is nice. For the Monster Set we go with the Nerien’eth Monster Set that casts a Crystal that explodes at the targets area.

5x Bahraha’s Curse, 5x False God, 2x Nerien’eth on a Dark Elf with Clockwork Citrus Filet buff food.

Gear

You will find 3 different setups here. Setup 1 is the preferred setup. For people that do not have all the gear yet can use the Setup 2 which is easier to obtain and beginners can use Setup 3.

Soul Harvest Ultimate on the front bar is there to regain Ultimate faster, so we can transform into a Vampire Lord once again in a shorter time!

Important Info for Vampire Arcanist Build PvE

Here you can find information about what race, buff-food, potions & poisons you want to use. I also do list all the passives that you need for this setup.

Mundus Stone

The Lover Mundus Stone is the best choice for this setup, it increases our overall spell penetration, which boost our damage. You can also visit the Mundus Stone Overview Page for additional information regarding all the Mundus Stones.

You can also use normal Essence of Magicka potions that you can acquire from the Guildstores for a cheap price.

Passives

• Curative Runeforms: Hideous Clarity, Erudition, Intricate Runeforms
• Soldier of Apocrypha: Circumvented Fate, Implacable Outcome
• Destruction Staff: Tri Focus, Penetrating Magic, Elemental Force, Ancient Knowledge, Destruction Expert
• Light Armor: Grace, Evocation, Spell Warding, Prodigy, Concentration
• Undaunted: Undaunted Command, Undaunted Mettle

• Alchemy: Medicinal Use
• Vampire: Stage 4 & all passives

Resource Management.

Potions should always be used on cooldown to gain the maximum benefit from them.

Heavy Attacks help you restore Magicka, if you drop low on resources do a few Heavy Attacks between skills to refill your Magicka.
