You can acquire Polypmorphs in The Elder Scrolls Online that will completely change your appearance. There is only a very few of them available and some of them are fairly hard to obtain. Once you have obtained a Polymorph, you can use it on all characters in the same account.

Polymorphs
Maelstrom Baron
The Maelstrom Baron Polymorph can be acquired by completing the Maelstrom Arena on veteran mode. The Maelstrom Baron Polymorph will be placed in your Collections tab automatically.
Factotum (Crown Store)
The Factotum Polymorph can be acquired from the Crown Store. It is a limited time offer only so you will have to wait until it is on sale again to purchase it.
Cadaverous Assassin
The Cadaverous Assassin Polymorph is acquired by doing the Litany of Blood achievement. The Litany of Blood achievement quest can be started in the Dark Brotherhood headquarters.
Xivkyn Dreadguard Male
The Xivkyn Dreadguard Male Polymorph can be acquired from the Imperial Reward containers in the Imperial City alliance headquarter, purchased with Tel Var stones.
Xivkyn Dreadguard Female
The Xivkyn Dreadguard female Polymorph can be acquired from the Imperial Reward containers in the Imperial City alliance headquarter, purchased with Tel Var stones.
Wraith-of-Crows
The Wraith-of-Crows Polymorph can be acquired from the Crown Store and from the Crown Store Crown Crates. It is a limited time offer only, so you might have to wait until it is on sale again.
Skeleton
The Skeleton Polymorph can be acquired by completing the quest “The Bargain’s End“.
Pumpkin Spectre
The Pumpkin Spectre Polymorph can be acquired from the Crown Store and from the Crown Store Crown Crates. It is a limited time offer only, so you might have to wait until it is on sale again.
Scarecrow Spectre
The Scarecrow Spectre Polymorph can be acquired from the Crown Store and from the Crown Store Crown Crates. It is a limited time offer only, so you might have to wait until it is on sale again.
