- How to Find: Clear the Tyger Claw gangleaders at the Japantown apartment block layout. Crack open the car trunk highlighted by the blue NCPD evidence icon to claim your prize.
3. The Badlands – Roadside Assist Crash Site
- District: Badlands

- Location Details: Located on a hidden corpse sitting next to a broken-down vehicle out in the open desert.
- How to Find: Travel along the main highway halfway between Dakota Smith’s garage workshop and the Edgewood Farms node. Look for a large, rusty billboard off the shoulder of the road. Scan past the billboard into the open desert for an active patrol drone hovering over a body next to a broken car.
4. The Badlands – Suspected Organized Crime Activity

- Location Details: Awarded as a primary loot drop for neutralizing a mini-boss during an NCPD Organized Crime hustle.
- How to Find: Head to the desert wastes surrounding the central Badlands cluster near Edgewood Farms. Wipe out the scavengers occupying the compound. Loot the NCPD chest to secure the Perk Shard.
5. City Center (Corpo Plaza) – Memorial Park NCART Station
- District: City Center (Corpo Plaza)
- Nearest Fast Travel Point: Corpo Plaza Apartment
- Location Details: Situated atop a ventilation shaft.
- How to Find: Go to the Corpo Plaza Apartment fast travel point. Turn right and walk over the street. Then turn left and at the next building turn right again and walk past the metro entrance just keep walking straight ahead until you see two pairs of stairs on the left side of the road. Walk up the second stairs and get on top of the ventilation shaft to loot the Perk Shard.
6. City Center (Corpo Plaza) – “Sleeping” Maintenance Worker
- Requirement: Only available during the NCPD Mission.
- District: City Center, Corpo Plaza.
- Nearest Fast Travel Point: Arasaka Tower.
- Location Details: Looted off the body of a deceased corporate maintenance technician hidden behind utility crates.
- How to Find: Walk to the northern perimeter walkway of Corpo Plaza. Locate the standard street-side Dropbox terminal. Directly across the street, slip past the industrial partition barrier where the technician’s body is slumped over a ventilation grate.

- Requirement: Only available during the NCPD Mission “Welcome to Night City”.
- District: Santo Domingo – Rancho Coronado

- Location Details: Inside the garage during the “NCPD Mission “Welcome to Night City”.
- How to Find: Travel to Woodhaven Street fast travel point and then do the NCPD mission, you get the Perk Shard in the box at the end of the mission.

- Location Details: Found on a dead body at the garage during a NCPD mission close to the Red Dirt Bar.
- How to Find: Get to the Red Dirt Bar fast travel point. Then find the NCPD mission with a few tugs at the garage. One dead body is in front of the garage, he holds the Perk Shard.
Perk Shard Locations for Phantom Liberty DLC (Dogtown)
These 3 shards require the Phantom Liberty DLC for Cyberpunk 2077 and can only be obtained once you gain entry past the stadium wall check-points.

- Requirement: Only during the Dog Eat Dog starter quest for the DLC.

- Location Details: Available directly for purchase from the vendor in the red Van called Marcin inside the EBM Petrochem Stadium.
- How to Find: Walk into the main vendor strip inside the EBM Petrochem Stadium concourse. Look for the red Van with a guy called Marcin (Junk Store symbol). The merchant sells the point book explicitly under their inventory tab for a flat eurodollar fee.
