Welcome to the best Fighter Builds for BG3 (Baldur’s Gate 3). Fighters are masters of weapons and strategy, thriving in direct combat. They have expertise in all weapons and armors. They are effective in frontline combat and are able to use multiple attacks per turn.

Eldritch Blaster Build – Sorcerer Warlock Fighter Multiclass	The Eldritch Blaster Build buffs the Eldritch Blast Cantrip with as many extra projectiles and as much extra damage as possible.
Berserk Thrower Build – Barbarian Rogue Fighter Mutliclass	The Berserk Thrower can throw weapons more times per turn than any other build, has the weapons return to their hand after every throw, and gains lots of extra damage thanks to the Tavern Brawler feat.

Arcane Archer Fighter Build

Devastate enemies from afar by using arcane shots to deal extra damage and debuff your foes.

This is one of the most versatile subclasses in the game, because it retains access to the Fighter’s default melee prowess, allowing you to be a real menace from any range. While the BG3 Arcane Archer Build isn’t as good at raw damage output as some other Fighter variants, it makes up for it by effectively having no weaknesses.

Battle Master Fighter Build

Take the role of a team-leader, using special Battle Master Actions to inspire allies to greater heights, or cripple enemies with powerful actions that deal bonus damage and can knock them prone, disarm them or leave them too terrified to act.

The BG3 Battle Master Build uses one of the strongest subclasses in BG3 and a great starting point for beginners.

Champion Fighter Build

The BG3 Champion Build cuts out all of the extras and simply does one thing – maximises the Fighter’s raw damage potential as much as possible.

With the Champion build, you land Critical Hits more easily, requiring a roll of only 19 rather than 20. This might sound like a small effect, but it effectively doubles the base crit chance, significantly increasing your average damage output.

In our Champion Build, we’ll build on this boost by making your Critical Hits as likely and as damaging as possible.

Eldritch Knight Fighter Build

The BG3 Eldritch Knight Build adds spellcasting to the Fighter class.

While your spells will never reach the heights of dedicated spellcasters like the Wizard and Cleric, you can nevertheless use your basic grip of spells to boost your own melee attacks and mobility, or to debuff foes.

Lae’zel Build

While she is not initially everybody’s cup of tea, Lae’zel is an excellent melee fighter who can undergo a decent redemption arc if you stick with her.

Eldritch Blaster: Sorcerer Warlock Fighter Multiclass Build

The Eldritch Blaster Build (Sorcerer, Warlock & Fighter Multiclass) combines the Sorcerer class with elements of the Warlock and Fighter classes. We’ll be playing into the  Eldritch Blast Cantrip as much as possible to blast enemies with huge amounts of  Force Damage every turn.
