There are six obtainable skins for ESO available at the moment. Dro-M’athra, Fabrication Sheath, Soul Shriven, Spiderkith, Amberplasm and Mind Shriven skins. Here you can find the full list with pictures and what you need to do in order to get those skins. Human Skins, Argonian Skins and Kahjiit Skins all showcased.

To succesfully get the Dro-M’athra skin, you must complete one of the most difficult content in the game, Maw of Lorkhaj on veteran mode. You need the Thieves Guild DLC to be able to get into Maw of Lorkhaj. Maw of Lorkhaj is a 12 man Trial.
To succesfully obtain the Sanctified Silver Skin, you most complete veteran Mode Asylum Sanctorium which is a 12 man Mini-Trial in the Clockwork City DLC.
Fabrication Sheath Skin
To successfully get the Fabrication Sheath skin, you must complete the most difficult content in the game called “Halls of Fabrication” in veteran mode. You need to get the Morrowind DLC to be able to enter Halls of Fabrication.
Blood-Forged Skin can be purchased in the Crown Store.
To successfully get the Dreadhorn Shaman skin, you must complete the Falkreath Hold Challenger, which is part of the Horns of the Reach DLC.
Soul Shriven Skin
The Soul Shriven skin drops from the Simulacrum of Molag Bal in the middle of Imperial City Sewers. The drop chance is very low. You need the Imperial City DLC to be able to get this achievement.
Mind Shriven Skin
The Mind Shriven skin is only available via Crown Store. It is sold via the Attronarch Crown Crates. Therefore it is only available during the Attronarch Crown Crates Sale!
The Amberplasm skin is obtained through completing the Ruins of Mazzatun Challenger achievement. You need the Shadow of the Hist DLC to be able to complete the achievement.
The Spiderkith skin is obtained through completing the Cradle of Shadows Challenger achievement. You need the Shadow of the Hist DLC to be able to complete the achievement.
