Welcome to the One Bar Healer Arcanist Build for ESO (Elder Scrolls Online). One Bar Healer Arcanist builds can push out a lot of healing thanks to the powerful Oakensoul Ring that we are using on this setup.

The One Bar Arcanist Healer Build wields powerful abilities. Evolving Runemend is a great burst heal and the Curative Surge is a beam that you can channel to push insane healing numbers. The Glyphic of the Tides ultimate applies a powerful heal over time in a big area and also adds Spell and Weapon Damage to group members.

We also have access to plenty of heal over time abilities such as Radiating Regeneration, Illustrious Healing, and Energy Orb. These will keep ticking on players basically keeping them alive even if we aren’t able to heal them directly for a few seconds.

Not only that, but we also use the Winter’s Respite set that auto heals allies in a big area. And the Spell Power Cure set buffs the damage of the whole group once you overheal someone, which is easy to do with all our heal over time effects. Basically, all sets that we are wearing are automatically doing their job, you don’t have to worry about them and can just focus on healing.

Arcanist One Bar Healer Setup

Now let’s take a look at how you can recreate the One Bar Arcanist Healer Build for ESO.

5x Spell Power Cure, 5x Winter’s Respite, 1x Oakensoul Ring, 1x Swarmmother on a Breton with Clockwork Citrus buff food.

• Unbuffed: Out of combat and buff food active.
• Buffed: In combat, buff food, Raid Target Dummy buffs and Potion active.

Setup Gear

Here you can find a quick explanation of why the following sets are great for our Arcanist One Bar Healer Build in ESO. You can always replace a set if you want to test out some other combos.

• Spell Power Cure: This set adds Major Courage to the healed person which boosts their Weapon and Spell Damage tremendously. This happens automatically, you don’t have to worry about it.
• Winter’s Respite: Covers a huge area with extra healing. This happens automatically, think of it as an auto-healing set that you don’t have to worry about.
• Oakensoul Ring: Limits us to 1 bar but gives us a lot of very juicy buffs.
• Swarm Mother: One piece of Swarm Mother gives us some nice extra stats.

Setup Skills

The skill setup for the Arcanist One Bar Healer Build focuses on applying heal over time directly on targets and the ground. We also have a burst heal and a powerful channel beam heal in case it is needed for maximum healing.

Skill explanation:

• Radiating Regeneration: Applies Minor Lifesteal to enemies, healing you every second. Allies can also activate a powerful healing synergy. This is your flex spot, you can use another skill here if you want.
• Illustrious Healing: Very strong heal over time with a big area that always has to be kept active.
• Evolving Runemend: Powerful single target heal that adds another heal over time
• Curative Surge: Strong forward AoE heal channel that gets stronger the longer it is active. Also restores Magicka/Stamina to allies if a Crux is consumed.
• Energy Orb: Strong area of effect heal over time and also allies can activate synergy to regain resources.
• Glyphic of the Tides: This ultimate heals in a big area every 1 second and adds Weapon and Spell Damage to the whole group as long as it is active.
