Welcome to the Throne and Liberty Gate of Infinity Guide. In this guide we will explain what Gates of Infinity are, and if they are worth doing.
What are Gates of Infinity in Throne & Liberty?
The Gate of Infinity is a weekly solo boss encounter you can participate in.
Each week there will be a new Infinity Gate boss for you to challenge – you can complete it as many times as you like until the boss changes at the end of the week. You can find the Gate of Infinity after unlocking the Secret Dungeons around level 20. However, it is only playable after you reach level 50.
There is also a weekly leaderboard, where players can compete for the highest score. Defeating the boss quickly is the best way to attain a high score, if you are interested in ranking high on the leaderboard.
To find and access the Gate of Infinity, head to the Secret Dungeons menu and choose the Gate of Infinity tab.
At the moment, the bosses found in Gates of Infinity seem to be pulled directly from the Taedal’s Tower solo dungeon, so if you need any tips for the boss then you may want to check out Taedal’s Tower guide. However this situation may change in the future, the developers could ultimately add all kinds of different bosses to the Gates of Infinity once they have had more time to work on it.
Gate of Infinity Rewards
You can earn three reward tiers by defeating the Gate of Infinity, depending on how quickly you complete it. The tiers are represented by a three-star rating:
- 1 star – Complete the Gate of Infinity in any time
- Grants 10,000 Sollant, 20 Restoration Coins, 5 Epic Active & Passive Skillbook Selection Chests
- 2 stars – Complete the Gate of Infinity in 3 minutes
- Grants 20,000 Sollant, 40 Restoration Coins, 3 Epic Active & Passive Skillbook Selection Chests
- 3 stars – Complete the Gate of Infinity in 90 seconds
- Grants 30,000 Sollant, 60 Restoration Coins, 1 Epic Active & Passive Skillbook Selection Chests
You can only obtain each reward tier once each week, however, you can continue playing after receiving all of the rewards if you want to improve your score for the leaderboard.
These are nice rewards for only a few minutes of work, so it’s well worth completing the Gate of Infinity each week and giving it your best shot to defeat the boss in under 90 seconds.
How the Gate of Infinity Schedule Works
As mentioned earlier, the Gate of Infinity will reset every week, with a new boss entering the fray.
To find out when the gate will reset, and which boss will be present next week, click on the “Upcoming” button located on the top-right of the Gate of Infinity screen.
