Today we are going to look at the Wand and Tome Weapon Type Class in Throne and Liberty. The Wand and Tome is a ranged weapon that deals good damage and applies curses and debuffs. Additionally, we are also taking a look at the Mastery Skill Tree that comes with the Wand and Tome.

Wand and Tome Passives in Throne and Liberty are skills that are not actively slotted on your skill bar. However, they are always active no matter which of the two weapons you have currently equipped. This makes for good combos.
