To make it short, in Throne and Liberty you can only play as humans. While there will be more races in the world, you will only be able to select humans when Throne and Liberty launches later this year on PC and Console.
The developers said you will also meet other races such as Elves, Orcs, Dwarves and a few more, but they won’t be available for character creation because the story focuses on humans.
