Welcome, this is a quick guide on how to get the Unbound Plasma Pistol in Halo Infinite. The Unbound Plasma Pistol is the upgraded version of the Plasma Pistol. You obtain the upgraded version after defeating the high value target boss “Briglard” close to the Tower location on the map.
The Unbound Plasma Pistol uses Plasma ammunition. The weapon fires several smaller plasma bullets when you charge it up instead of one big plasma bullet. It also tracks enemies.
Where is the boss location to get the Unbound Plasma Pistol in Halo Infinite?
You can find the location to kill Briglard to get the Unbound Plasma Pistol close to the Tower. The location is close to the Tower, the location of the high value target boss is marked with a red circle on the map.
Briglard
Briglard is the high value target boss (Nr 5 on the target list) that you need to kill to obtain the upgraded version of the Plasma Pistol. Briglard isn’t that dangerous, but be careful of all the other enemies that are close to him.
One of the more disturbing reports from recent encounters with the Banished concerns the Unggoy known as Briglard. The grunt gained notoriety near the end of the Covenant War in the Great Schism, where his vicious and often sadistic behavior on the battlefield earned him a high priority target designation by Arbiter ‘Vadam’s allied forces.
Briglard joined the Banished after the war’s conclusion, where his macabre infatuation with violence – and his affinity for the Jiralhanae, whose ruthlessness inspired his own – has earned him great respect among his peers. He has been known to not just kill UNSC personell at rates far outstripping other Unggoy, but to do so in horrific and disturbing ways.
Where can I equip the Unbound Plasma Pistol?
After you have killed the target and its minions, you will be able to get the Unbound Plasma Pistol at any FOB. Go to one of the four weapon caches and rotate to the left to select the Unbound Plasma Pistol. Marines can also use the weapon.
