It is likely that the Secrets of the Telvanni is this year’s Chapter Event. ZOS usually holds one specific Chapter event a year. These events often include ingame incentives such as item rewards, or even a house. However, the community will have to get to a certain goal to get all the items. Often there are three steps.
The first one will grant you for example a non combat pet, the second step might give you a character skin, and the third step is the big community reward, a huge home. Given that this is a Telvanni event, it is likely that we are getting a Telvanni Home as the big juicy reward. This is all speculation, we will have to wait for further information about the Secrets of the Telvanni Event for ESO.
