What Are Guilds in Throne & Liberty?

Guilds are large collections of players working together for common goals or common improvement. Guilds can compete against each other in various ways, and cooperation with other guild members helps to grow the guild.

You can play Throne & Liberty without joining a guild, but to get the most out of the game joining a guild is vital.

Why Should I Join a Guild?

Being in a Guild allows you to earn extra rewards. These rewards come from the activities of all guild members, not just yourself, so you are able to work towards the benefits of both yourself and other members.

One way you can do this is completing Guild Contracts. All guild members can work together to compete a fairly simple task, and when it is completed all guild members will receive a reward.

Guilds can also get extra rewards for its members by competing in PvP – for example, conquering a Riftstone earns some resources and a stat buff for all members.

Guilds also get their own base once they reach level 2, allowing access to guild raids, special guild merchants, a HP and Mana Regen buff, and a space to meet and duel other guild members.

How to Join a Guild

There’s only one prerequisite for joining a guild in Throne & Liberty – your character needs to be at least level 3. Once you’ve fulfilled this requirement, you can join a guild with the process below:

  1. Find the Search for Guild UI via the game’s main menu
  2. Browse guilds, using the filters if needed, until you find the guild that you want to join
  3. Send a request to join your chosen guild.
  4. The leaders of the selected guild will look at your application and either accept or reject it. If they accept, you will automatically be added to the guild roster and gain access to the basic guild benefits.
