Today we are going to look at Staff Weapon Type Class in Throne and Liberty. The Staff is a ranged weapon with high burst damage and great AoE capabilities. Additionally, we are also taking a look at the Mastery Skill Tree that comes with the Staff.

Burning lasts for 12s and deals 3.7% of Base Damage + 11 damage (per stack) per second. Stacks up to 10 times. It can be used up to 3 times in a row. The casting time decreases and Mana cost increases as the skill is used consecutively. All Fire skills’ Weaken: Burning damage is equal to Serial Flame Bombs.

4. Inferno Wave
A Fire skill that deals 340% of Base Damage + 160 damage within 3m from the Target. Each stack will decrease all skills’ Cooldown by 1.05s, and deal bonus 32% of Base Damage to all the enemies within 3m, with a 80% chance to inflict Weaken: Burning, if used on the target you’ve already inflicted Burning.
5. Inner Peace

7. Ice Spear
Hurls a 16m long, 1.5m width piercing ice spear to the target location, dealing damage equal to 330% of Base Damage + 64 with a 80% chance to Weaken the target, which decreases Move Speed by 51% for 3sec.
8. High Locus
Increase Cooldown Speed by 58% and Global Cooldown Speed by 68% for 12s.
A Lightning skill that deals 780% of Base Damage + 356 damage. Deals 520% of Base Damage + 237 damage to up to 5 enemies within 5m radius area, if the target is wet. Staff Passive Skills in Throne and Liberty
Staff Passives in Throne and Liberty are skills that are not actively slotted on your skill bar. However, they are always active no matter which of the two weapons you have currently equipped. This makes for good combos.

2. Asceticism
Mana Regen increases by 70. If you are motionless for 2s, Mana Regen additionally increases by 140.
3. Mana Amp
Increases Max Mana by 3360 and Max Health by 2700.
Increases Burning damage by 72% and the Duration by 1.5s.
When afflicted with Silence, increases Silence Resistance by 60 for 640s. If Silenced again while the effect is active, Silence Resistance additionally increases by 640.
Move Speed reduction effects decrease Move Speed further by 8%, with 16% increased duration.
