Today we are going to take a look at How to craft your first Cloak in Throne and Liberty. This won’t take long, there are only a few things you need to know. You can get your first Cloak very early game compared to some other MMOs that save cloaks for late game.
The first city that you visit after the introduction island is Kastleton, which is also the place where we are going to craft the Cloak. Head over to the marked area in the screenshot. There you will find different NPCs that either sell or allow you to craft things. We also have a guide on a few starter nice to know things about Throne and Liberty.
Find Rachel the Armor Crafter and talk to her.
Now click on the Cloak icon, this will open up all the craftable Cloaks that Rachel has available in Kastelton in Throne and Liberty. Crafting a Cloak doesn’t cost much, money won’t be the problem. However, you are likely missing a few materials. For example, our Hunter’s Cloak needs the following materials:
- 1x Quality Lithograph: Armor
- 5x Quality Magithread
- 5x Quality Magic Powder
- 3x Strength Crystal
If you can’t craft the cloak yet don’t worry too much about it. It is recommended to progress the Purple Main Storyline which will give you good rewards and eventually, you will have all the needed materials at around level 10-12. The main Storyline quest will also intruduce you to crafting at around level 10-11, so you are likely also given all the needed materials to craft a certain armor piece. Check out our Throne and Liberty Powerleveling Guide to find out more about the Purple quests.
TLDR: The fastest way to craft a cloak in Throne and Liberty is by progressing the Purple Main Storyline which will eventually give you a tutorial armor crafting quest. This allows you to craft the Cloak.
For my character in Throne and Liberty, I decided to go with the Shaman’s Cloak first, simply because it gives Mana Regen. And since all skills activation cost Mana, it is always a good pick.
