Boss 1 – Foreman Bradiggan

Foreman Bradiggan boss in Shipwrights regret dungeon ESO

Foreman Bradiggan is the first boss in the Shipwright’s Regret Dungeon in ESO (Elder Scrolls Online). The boss will also spawn Skeletal Flame Shapers, Harrowing Haunters and a Flesh Colossus.

It is hard to keep the boss in a steady position because he casts a forward AoE (area of effect) attack which moves him to a new position. Always wait to drop ultimates or re-apply DoTs (damage over time) after he has moved.

Paralyzing Fear: The boss will cast 4 large Area of Effects (AoEs) moving from him to the outside of the place you fight him at. This deals a moderate amount of damage and stuns you if you get hit by it.

Soul Bash: This is the bosses’ Heavy Attack. It is very powerful and should under all circumstances either be blocked or dodge rolled.

Possession: The boss will disappear at around 60% and 30% and cast a big AoE beneath the players that deals a lot of damage. Especially if you stack it with other players, so make sure not to stand together.

Flesh Colossus: When the boss vanishes, he will also summon a Flesh Colossus that will deal a high amount of damage, especially when it smashes the ground. It’s absolutely advised to bring any kind of healing to this fight. As soon as the Colossus dies, the boss will re-appear.

Skeletal Flame Shapers: This monster casts Inferno which is an AoE that hits all group members, deals a lot of damage and has to be interrupted either by bashing or via a ranged interrupt.

Harrowing Haunter: The Harrowing Haunter has to be killed as fast as possible, the monster connects to a group member and debuffs him resulting in lower damage, lower healing done and lower armor.

Hardmode Foreman Bradiggan

After the boss vanishes at around 30% and then returns, he will be casting an ability on two players which will cause a lot of damage if you do not mitigate it with another player. Meaning two players will have to stand together in order to mitigate the damage.

Boss 2 – Nazaray

Nazaray boss in Shipwrights regret dungeon ESO

Nazaray is the second boss in the Shipwright’s Regret Dungeon in ESO. The Monster Set Nazaray is named after this boss. The boss deals an insane amount of damage and also throws plenty of AoEs at you during the fight. Two different add monsters will spawn, the Giant Body Snatcher Wasp and the Kindred Spirit.

Bludgeon: This is an incredibly strong Heavy Attack. You can block it, but you might want to dodge-roll it. Since she will send an AoE directly afterwards, it’s good not to tank her facing the group.

Locust Rain: From time to time, locusts will fall down from the sky onto the players, causing quite a moderate amount of damage. Keep moving in order to avoid as much of the damage as possible.

Liquidate: These will be blue AoE pools that will appear on the ground. Standing in these will cause a lot of damage which is why it is better to avoid these.

Terra Twister: This will be a slow moving Aoe which can easily be avoided by stepping out of its way. Try not to stand in these or get hit by these, as they will cause unnecessary damage.

Giant Body Snatcher Wasp: This add can be killed with enough AoE damage on the ground, it doesn’t have that much health. It deals damage with the Bite attack, which is single target.

Kindred Spirit: At around 70% and 30% Nazaray spawns 3 Kindred Spirit adds that charge conal AoE damage called Smoldering Wounds, kill them as fast as possible.

Hardmode Nazaray

Untamed Kindred: From time to time, Nazaray will summon three senche-like looking Untamed Kindreds that will have a growing AoE under them and which will explode when they have reached their fullest point. This will kill the group, which is why it is important for the group to concentrate on one of them and kill it. That way the group has room to move to the free area while the others can explode. Since they always spawn in the same spot, you can always pick the same spot to gather when the mechanic happens.

Endboss Captain Numirril

Captain Numirril boss in Shipwrights regret dungeon ESO

Captain Numirril is the endboss of the Shipwright’s Regret Dungeon in ESO (Elder Scrolls Online). The endboss deals a lot of damage and generally you have to avoid staying in any AoE because of the high damage. The boss also spawns Drowned Corpses and Drowned Hulks during the fight.

Drown: The boss will attempt to cast a spell on the one holding aggro (ideally the tank), which will lift them up in the air by a water-hand and will make them lose aggro. You can avoid this by dodge-rolling the spell.

Waves: At around 80% and 40% the boss will go outside of the platform and cast waves that wash over the platform and will wash away any bile in their way. Try to avoid them as they will deal a lot of damage and will make you tumble.

Spout: Casting a large AoE effect on the ground, this will hurt a lot if you get hit by them repeatedly. You can move the boss easily out of it and make him better reachable for anyone else.

Tidal Blow: This is a conal attack that the boss will cast in front of him with his sword. This can deal a moderate amount of damage and can be avoided by players not standing in front of the boss.

Jet: Yet another charge, this is random and is not targeted at any player. You should be aware of this mechanic though, as this can deal a lot of damage.

Adds: During this fight and at random intervals, the boss will spawn either Drowned Corpses or Drowned Hulks. The corpses spawn at the edge of the arena and start throwing at the players and spit a Bilepool onto the ground which you will have to avoid as they deal quite a moderate amount of damage. If you don’t kill them fast enough, they will flood the arena with their AoE.

The Drowned Hulk will spawn at around 80% and 40%. He is not only a great distraction, but also deals a ton of damage. The DPS and the tank should focus on the Hulk to kill him as fast as possible.

Hardmode Captain Numirril

Hardmode adds a ton more health to the boss, and the tank should be very agile during the fight, meaning that they will need to move around a lot so that the group can kill the Drowned Corpses while also damaging the boss.
At around 40%, when he goes into his second phase, two instead of one Drowned Hulks will spawn and will add to the boss that will come back into the fight. At this point it seems crucial to kill the Drowned Corpses quickly, as otherwise you will be overwhelmed with mechanics. As soon as you can, kill the hulks.

Secret Boss 1 – Lost Maiden

Lost Maiden boss in Shipwrights regret dungeon ESO

The Lost Maiden is the first secret boss in the Shipwright’s Regret dungeon in ESO. You will find the boss in the first area in a house, like shown here in this video clip. The ghost will stand before the door to the “Frigid Cavern”, which you can enter.

The boss fight itself isn’t that difficult. Make sure to avoid the AoEs on the ground as they slow you down and deal damage. She also has a conal shout AoE that you need to avoid, otherwise it will deal high damage.

At 54% the Lost Maiden will turn into a ghost form and spawn 3 projections, kill them as fast as possible and then continue to attack the main boss until the fight is over.

Once you kill the Lost Maiden you will get the “Maiden’s Protection” buff:

  • Increases Max Magicka by 10%.
  • When health reaches 10% or less, you cast Outburst, gaining a temporary damage shield. Outburst has a 30s cooldown.

Secret Boss 2 – Shrouded Axeman

Shrouded Axeman boss in Shipwrights regret dungeon ESO

The Shrouded Axeman is the second secret boss in the Shipwright’s Regret Dungeon in ESO. This one is pretty tough as the arena you fight in is pretty small and there is a lot of AoE damage and explosions going on.

To find the Axeman you will have go through the Waterfall on the right side after you killed the first main boss (Foreman Bradiggan). You can also watch the video timestamp to find the location if the image isn’t enough help.

The tank has to be careful, the heavy attack that the Shrouded Axeman charges deals insane damage. Preferably you should try to dodge roll it to avoid all the damage. His light attack doesn’t deal that much damage.

You will also see that the boss spawns dogs that jump at you and explode, make sure not to stack the explosion damage on top of each other, otherwise you will die. The boss also disappears from time to time and lets 4 ghosts spawn that you have to interrupt. Once interrupted, the boss will come back and channel an attack. Once the channeling ends all the AoEs on the ground will explode, make sure to not stand in any of them.

After defeating the Shrouded Axeman you will get the “Shroud of Axeman” buff;

  • Max Health increased by 10%.
  • When hit by an attack that consumes 50% or more of your total health cast Shrouded, increasing healing done by 100% for 5s. Shrouded has a 30s cooldown.

Secret Boss 3 – Storm-Cursed Sailor

The Storm-Cursed Sailor is the third secret boss in the Shipwright’s Regret Dungeon in ESO. You can find him behind the big ship when you get close to the endboss. You can watch the video timestamp here to find him easier if the image isn’t enough help already.

This boss deals decent damage. He has a very strong heavy attack that can be blocked or dodged. He also applies shock AoE to group members, make sure to not overlap with each other. The boss also teleport around often, therefore making it hard to place AoEs on the ground. Lightning will strike the area, make sure to avoid the damage.

After defeating the Storm-Cursed Sailor you will get the “Storm’s Cursed” buff:

  • Max Stamina increased by 10%.
  • Your heavy attacks gain curse of the Storm, dealing 6k additional lightning damage to your target.
