Altar of Lilith are hidden statues in Diablo 4 that are placed all over the world in different zones. They permanently increase a character’s attributes. Therefore it is highly recommended and pretty much mandatory to get them all. Otherwise, you miss out on a significant power increase for your character in Diablo IV.
