In the Haefal’s Butchery inside the Endless Archive in ESO you need to eat 3 Sweetrolls while avoiding the Butcher that tries to kill you. Once you eat 3 Sweetrolls, you need to charge towards him and use your Ultimate to defeat him. That’s already it!
