Welcome to the ESO Psijic Order Leveling Guide. The Psijic Order Leveling Guide will walk you through all the steps of the Quest to successfully reach the maximum level of the Psijic Order Skill Line. The ESO Psijic Order questline can be completed fast with this guide.

The Psijic Order in ESO are ancient and mysterious scholars, it is said they were the first in Tamriel to study the secrets of Mysticism or the “Old Ways”. For centuries, the ESO Psijic Order conducted their studies in seclusion on their island home of Artaeum.

Located just south of Summerset, it was there within the ancient halls of Ceporah Tower (a massive structure that pre-dates even the arrival of the Ancient Elves) that they explored the mysteries of the universe, rarely leaving their island home.

Useful Tips for the Psijic Order ESO

The quests for the Psijic Order in ESO are quite simple, you need to close Time breaches or farm Fragment pieces for a special staff. You will always get maps from the quest that shows where the time breaches can be found. However, the maps are quite inaccurate, therefore I created my own maps to correctly pinpoint where the time breaches are so you can find them fast.

The quest itself is not difficult, just very time-consuming because you have to travel across almost all zones in ESO (Elder Scrolls Online).

There are a few ways to speed up the leveling process of the Psijic Order Guild, mainly through gear that you can use to run or ride faster so you can get to the portals way quicker. The first set I do recommend is Jailbreaker, this will increase your speed by 15%. I also do recommend unlocking the first passive in the Alliance War Assault skill line called Continuous Attack. This will provide a huge speed boost while you are mounted. on your horse.

Make sure to have the quest set as active, when you get close to the location you can actually already see where the time breaches are thanks to the ingame quest marker!

Time Breach Psijic Order

Time Breaches are portals that you need to close in the Psijic Order questline, they are very easy to spot once you have found the location with the question marker. You need to get close to them, otherwise they won’t be visible. If you get close to the breaches the Augur will usually start talking to you.

Story of the Psijic Order ESO

In this section we are going to take a look at what lore is available for the Psijic Order in ESO (Elder Scrolls Online).

Uncover the Secrets of the Psijic Order

cited from here.

The reclusive and mysterious Psijic Order vanished from Tamriel centuries ago, taking their ancient wisdom with them. Now, in The Elder Scrolls Online: Summerset, the Order has returned to face a new, sinister threat. Watch the new trailer and learn about the ancient monastic order in this preview article!

Masters of Mysticism

Ancient and mysterious scholars, it is said the Psijic Order were the first in Tamriel to study the secrets of Mysticism or the “Old Ways”. This study has allowed the Order to develop knowledge and power not found anywhere else in Tamriel, and there are rumors that they have obtained the ability to manipulate the flow of time itself.

“The Psijic Order have stated that they are primarily interested in learning the fundamental basics of the world and universe, what holds it together, and what could threaten it,” explains Lawrence Schick, The Elder Scrolls Online‘s Loremaster. “They are dedicated to knowledge and study for its own ends, and to them, knowledge is its own reward.”

For centuries, the Psijic Order conducted their studies in seclusion on their island home of Artaeum. Located just south of Summerset, it was there within the ancient halls of Ceporah Tower (a massive structure that pre-dates even the arrival of the Ancient Elves) that they explored the mysteries of the universe, rarely leaving their island home.

It is no secret that the Order is loath to share their learnings beyond Artaeum, and while throughout history some members were said to be found in Tamriel, they kept the majority of their knowledge to themselves.

“Unlike the Mages Guild, the Psijics have little interest in teaching anybody anything, and they are not interested in taking an active role in Tamriel,” explains Lawrence. “When they did engage in the world, it was only in an advisory capacity, and they withdrew even from that limited role when they disappeared.”

Even within the Order itself, this self-seclusion and (some might say selfish) hoarding of knowledge was not without its critics. The great mage Vanus Galerion, reportedly believing the Order’s knowledge of spellcasting should be shared with all of Tamriel, left to create the Mages Guild, an organization founded on the principle of the sharing and propagating magical knowledge.

The Vanishing Island

The reason is unknown, but around 350 years ago, the island of Artaeum simply vanished, taking the Psijics and their secrets with them. To where or even when they went is a mystery, but for centuries, the Psijic Order was no longer a part of Tamriel.

It is only upon the Queen’s decree and the opening of Summerset’s borders to foreigners that the Psijics have appeared to return, although the island itself remains hidden. The return of the Psijic Order’s agents to Tamriel, while historic, is also troubling, for their purposes remain obscured. Why did they leave? Why have they returned? And what is their connection to the shadowy conspiracy that now threatens the home of the High Elves?

There’s no telling what role the Order will have in shaping the future of Tamriel, but whatever their plans may be, as you explore Summerset, you’ll become a key part of their current efforts, and even get the chance to become a member yourself.

“The Psijic Order admits you as a special case and allows you to come to Artaeum, wherever it is they’ve taken it to,” says Lawrence. “Usually, they’re not particularly interested in sharing their knowledge with anybody outside the Order unless they prove themselves worthy or can meet them on an equal basis.”

Meet the Character – Valsirenn of the Psijic Order

cited from here.

One of the Psijic Order’s most-revered members, Valsirenn’s unyielding dedication to her studies is only equaled by her knowledge and command of the Old Ways. Learn about the powerful Psijic sage you’ll encounter when exploring Summerset in our latest Meet the Character!

A Report by Oriandra, Acolyte of the Psijic Order

Ritemaster Iachesis,

You tasked me with studying one of our most accomplished sages, the always calm and composed Valsirenn of the Conclave of the Eleven Forces. You said that I could gain insights that would help in my own training and advancement, and after spending numerous weeks either working at Valsirenn’s side or observing her from afar, I once again marvel at your ability always to point me in the right direction.

As you know, Valsirenn joined the Psijic Order after you saw potential in the young High Elf. I find it hard to believe that Valsirenn was ever young and inexperienced, but of course we are talking about a time that was more than three hundred years ago. This was when our island home of Artaeum still floated off the coast of Summerset, before the Order made it vanish from the world. From what I was able to learn, Valsirenn represented the best and brightest of her age. She could have chosen any of numerous paths open before her, though it seems she didn’t even take the traditional year and a day to consider your offer. Like me many years later, she accepted the invitation to join the Order almost as soon as you extended it.

Valsirenn became a monk of the Old Ways early in her life and grew in power and prestige within the confines of Artaeum and Ceporah Tower. As a Psijic sage, she gravitated toward scholarly pursuits and arcane research, developing into one of the Order’s foremost experts on mysticism and esoteric knowledge. She became a teacher who never lost her intellectual curiosity. If anything, it grew in intensity and focus as the years passed. She met the love of her life, Leythen, another sage, here on Artaeum. And, as respect and admiration for her work evolved, she was invited to join the Conclave of the Eleven Forces—the ruling committee of the Psijic Order.

Valsirenn found time to not only become a driving force in the Psijic Order, an accomplished researcher, and your most-trusted associate, she also developed a loving relationship and started a family with Leythen. As you know, she sometimes leaves the island to conduct research back on Nirn or to complete missions for you or the Conclave. She even allowed me to accompany her a few times, which gave me the opportunity to make contact with other mages back in Tamriel. Sharing information that the Psijic Order doesn’t consider confidential has been helpful in my own research, for example.

Now, as much as I have come to admire her, Valsirenn isn’t perfect. She often gets so absorbed in her own work that she ignores everything else going on around her. I’ve seen her spend days on end in one of our libraries or workrooms, forgetting to eat or sleep or even interact with any of her friends or family. I wouldn’t say that she’s cold, exactly, but I know that some of the Order think of her that way. And her confidence and vast expanse of knowledge can look like pride and arrogance to some, especially to those on the wrong end of one of her lectures or scholarly debates.

What else can I say about Valsirenn of the Psijic Order? She presents herself as calm and composed, always on top of every situation. Although she is significantly older than I am, I have never seen Valsirenn as anything less than a vital, caring, and dedicated member of our exclusive community. Her intellectual prowess and scholarly pursuits are legendary among the Order. She is completely devoted to the Old Ways and her fellow Psijics, though sometimes her seriousness and work-oriented approach can be disconcerting to those who aren’t used to her ways.

Valsirenn shows me that learning never stops. And she teaches me not just through her lectures and lessons, but with every action she performs as she goes about her daily routine. I look forward to working with her again in the very near future!
