The Zone Guide in ESO is a great tool when you want to know where to start a zones main quest and where to continue the story. This is especially useful if you’ve done part of a main quest sometime ago, but can’t remember where you left off.
- Locate the Zone Guide in the Group & Activity Finder
- Use the “Start Zone Story” button to ping the location of the main quest of the zone you are currently in.
- Use the “Continue Zone Story” to get pinged for the next location of the quest.
- You can stop tracking the main quest by pressing the “Stop Tracking” button.

- Map zooms in the location of the main quest. You are able to stop tracking the zone quest.
Do I need to do all quests on one character?
No, you can quest different zones with different characters. Most achievements in ESO are account wide therefore all zone story achievements that you have completed on alt characters, will count for the main Adventurer Across a Decade achievement. Check all the the individual Adventurer Across a Decade achievements listed below that upon completion will grant you the Fractured Glory skin.
