Welcome to the Dynamic Events Guide for Throne & Liberty. In this guide, we will explain what Dynamic Events are, how you can take part in them and the rewards that you can get from doing so.
What are Dynamic Events in Throne & Liberty?
Dynamic Events activate every three hours in Throne & Liberty. They will be active in one zone on the map – you can easily identify the event by looking for a blue outline on the in-game map. Furthermore, you can see what events are scheduled over the next few hours by opening the Timetable on the map. Click on an event in the Timetable to get more information about it. Using this feature, you can find events that appeal to you and have rewards that you need, and plan which ones you want to participate in.

Events have a special set of objectives, with players competing against one another for special rewards. Events can be either PvE or PvP-focused – both event types give similar rewards, so if you don’t like PvP you can choose to only focus on PvE ones (or the same in reverse). PvE events are marked in the timetable with a blue dove icon, while PvP events are marked with red swords. One advantage of going to PvP events is that they tend to be much less populated because quite a lot of players don’t like PvP – this means it’s easier to rank highly in PvP events and get greater rewards. Teaming up with friends or guild-mates is a good way of getting by in PvP events, especially if you are new to PvP and not too confident with it.
When an Event is about to activate, there will be a message and then a delay of three minutes before it begins, allowing players who are interested time to travel to the area. You will then have 20 minutes to complete the objectives associated with the Event. Remember to stay in the Event zone until it finishes.
When the Event finishes, players who participated will be granted rewards based on their rank on the event’s leaderboard. Your rank is determined by how many objectives you completed – an example of an objective is collecting as many of a particular item as possible. You can preview the event’s objectives and potential rewards on the in-game map.
What Rewards do Events Give?
Dynamic Events generally reward participants with progression items such as Marinds and Parchments, which you can use to craft items for upgrading your skills and passives.
Leveling up all of your skills and passives in Throne & Liberty is one of the most important aspects of progression and generally takes a long time to accomplish. Participating in Events is a great way of speeding up the process by earning an extra haul of progression items.
Events can give out some other rewards too, including XP, Sollant (gold), Crafting Materials, and Abyss Tokens. Regardless of your ranking in the event, you have a small chance to get “Lucky Rewards”, which can contain valuable and rare items such as purple Marinds.
The Events are fairly quick and they can give you some very nice rewards, so it is worth going to take part in them if you aren’t busy with something else.
