ESO Banner Bearer Scribing Skill has different colours based on your alliance.

ESO Banner Bearer Scribing Skill requires you to have Rank 5 in both Alliance War Assault and Support skill lines. Once you have Rank 5 in both skill lines and have earned the Alliance War Skill Apprentice achievement, you can buy the Banner Bearer Grimoire from the ESO Scribing Vendor Chronicler Firandil found inside the Scholarium.

The Banner Bearer Scribing Skill adds an elite banner to your characters back and creates an AoE (Area of Effect) around your character that affects you, your allies and/or enemies based on the Scripts you chose. Its AoE effects only apply to you and 5 nearest group members at a time and the Class Signature Script effects only applies to the Banner Bearer caster.

Only one Banner Bearer can apply to a player at a time, determined by which banner was applied first. You always get your own banner.

Banner Bearer works similarly to the Guard skill and Sorcerer pets meaning it needs to be slotted on both bars, otherwise you will lose the buff when you weapon swap. You only need to activate Banner Bearer once to toggle it and it will stay on until you press the skill again. Keep in mind that while Banner Bearer is toggled on it reduces your Health, Magicka, and Stamina Recovery by 33% or by 40% if you choose the Immobilize Script.

How to get Banner Bearer Scribing Skill

To be able to buy the Banner Bearer Grimoire, first you you need to unlock Scribing by completing the Second Era of Scribing, Tutorial Quest. Secondly  you need to level up your Alliance War Skill lines to Rank 5 by playing PvP content and gaining Alliance Points in either Cyrodiil, Battlegrounds or Imperial City.

Once you have completed the requirements, you can buy the Banner Bearer Grimoire from the Scribing Vendor Chronicler Firandil for 50,000 Gold (10,000 for alts).

ESO Scribing Class Mastery Script Location and how to get Class Mastery Dragonknight: For each enemy within 8 meters, up to 6, you gain 50 Weapon and Spell Damage and reduce your damage taken by 2% plus 1% per enemy for 5 seconds.
Sorcerer: Enchant your closest pet for 5 seconds to heal a nearby ally for 303 Health each time it deals damage, up to once a second. If you do not have a pet, you deal 716 Shock Damage to enemies within 8 meters of you.
Nightblade: Restore 400 Magicka and Stamina if your target was above 50% Health. Increase your Critical Chance by 10% for 5 seconds if your target was at or below 50% Health.
Warden: Create an 8 meter area for 2 seconds under your target once every 8 seconds that snares enemies by 70%, and charms them for 3 seconds when it expires. If no enemies are charmed, you restore 1435 Magicka and Stamina.
Necromancer: Once every 3 seconds, increase your Health, Magicka, and Stamina by 2% for 10 seconds for each corpse within 12 meters, up to 10 times. While in combat, if no corpses are nearby, create a corpse.
Templar: For 5 seconds, you gain 1320 Armor and 150 Weapon and Spell Damage. If Sacred Ground is active on you, these values are increased by 50%.
Arcanist: Create a Crux.
