Mages Guild Script Chase will not be available until you’ve completed The Wing of the Dragon even if you have the other script types unlocked. Read the full ESO Scribing Guide to learn what you need to do to before you can access Mages Guild Subsidized Scripts in ESO.
The Mages Guild Subsidized Scripts can be found from the following base game locations after completing The Wing of the Dragon Scribing quest line.
You are able to pick up a Mages Guild Subsidized Script and before you use it you can deposit in the bank and another one will spawn instantly. This way you can get them for all your alts without needing to travel.
Focus Scripts Chase
Focus Scripts will appear in these locations after you have unlocked the Sigil of the Luminary Gryphon on one character.
- Focus Script: Physical Damage location: Second floor on a table in Mages Guild Hall in Auridon, Vulkhel Guard
- Focus Script: Damage Shield location: Just down the stairs on the right on a table in Mages Guild Hall in Stonefalls, Davon’s Watch
- Focus Script: Stun location: First floor on the left, on a table in Mages Guild Hall in Glenumbra, Daggerfall
Auridon, Vulkhel Guard: Focus Script: Physical Damage
Stonefalls, Davon’s Watch: Focus Script: Damage Shield
Glenumbra, Daggerfall: Focus Script: Stun
Signature Scripts Chase
Signature Scripts will appear in these locations after you have unlocked the Sigil of the Luminary Dragon on one character.
- Signature Script: Druid’s Resurgence location: Second floor on the left, on a table in Mages Guild Hall in Stormhaven, Wayrest
- Signature Script: Warrior’s Opportunity location: On the floor in the Mages Guild Quarters in Grahtwood, Elden Root
- Signature Script: Hunter’s Snare location: On a table next to the Mages Guild Hall entrance in Deshaan, Mournhold
Stormhaven, Wayrest: Signature Script Druid’s Resurgence
Grahtwood, Elden Root: Signature Script Warrior’s Opportunity
Deshaan, Mournhold: Signature Script Hunter’s Snare
Affix Scripts Chase
Affix Scripts will appear in these locations after you have unlocked the Sigil of the Luminary Netch on one character.
- Affix Script: Maim location: Second floor on the right, on a shelf in Mages Guild Hall in The Rift, Riften
- Affix Script: Vulnerability location: On the floor next to a Brazier in Mages Guild Hall in Bangkorai, Evermore
- Affix Script: Vitality location: On a fence near the Mages Guild Hall in Reaper’s March, Rawl’kha
