Introduction
Welcome to the Stamina Warden Build PvP “Halls of Justice” by Fengrush for PvP Elder Scrolls Online. Make sure to bookmark the link as we will keep updating the build for each new Update of ESO.
The Hybrid Healer Warden Build “The Shepherd” is a build targeted for group play in battlegrounds or cyrodiil. The build was made in nonChampPoints but can be adapted for Champion Points as well. It is presented in Heavy as well but in a scaled larger group medium armor can allow for more healing as well.
The below presented can be adjusted and is a good baseline setup for a hybrid that uses stamina for healing and magicka for supplementary healing, group utility, and debuffing. It revolves around argonian passives to make high resource return a paramount feature that enables a hybrid type of setup. I intend to do more builds around this and while it can work on other races, argonian allows for hybrid play better than any other racial.
Having Shacklebreaker with 5/1/1 and tri-food enables a large base of resources, and while I use trapping of invigoration set in this build for battlegrounds, it can also enable having support sets as indicated in the video. This playstyle is something very different than the normal build and should be treated as a useful tool to branch into new supportive group play.
- Battleground Healing Build
- Heavy or Medium Armor Build
- Works in Champion Points and non-Champion Points Campaign
- Has room for optional skills on back bar and front bar
- Very high resource management and increased mobility for standard healer
- Focused on group play and scales well to size with AOE healing
- Group Build only that neglects a focus on damage or killing
Resource Management
This build has some of the best resource return options as a hybrid is geared towards pouring in stamina and magicka skills for group utility. It takes advantage of Argonian passive of resource return and is amplified with reduced potion cooldown enchantments that are infused. It’s important to follow the resource return tips presented in the gameplay in the 2nd half of the video.
This shows how you can manage to keep a high rate of return on magicka while heal over times are still actively healing your group. Magicka can be turned into crowd/control offensively to support your party and in turn, lower the incoming damage at which point, you have a large number of heals to cover the whole party.
- Stamina return is high with good regen that also has trappings of invigoration burst stamina to get through tough points in fights.
- Magicka pool is constantly going up and down in buffing and casting crowd-control abilities. However resto heavy returns this and also assists your healing at the same time by pushing up major mending while double healing with passives from restoration staff + lotus skill which will heal on heavy attacks.
- The resto heavy also gives major mending, which is also a warden passive on targets at low health. This allows to make up for a lot of healing power throughout the fight.
- Most healer builds are slower and cant keep up with stamina builds moving all over – but warden can leash to its group using nature’s embrace while also providing another heal over time. This is great to get out of bad situations as well, a very fun skill.
- I use 2 different pots: Tri-pots and lingering health/speed pots. Using the infused pot cooldown allows you to weave in multiple effects to supplement the builds strength which gives us major to hp/mag/stam return full up-time along with major expedition and a personal heal over time. These heals over time will give you a higher survival.
- Ice staff is used to block in this build which consumes magicka. Magicka is easy to come by and stamina should be reserved for burst healing. This allows you to really pump out a lot of stamina healing and turn the resources to your favor.

Skills
Skill bars can be adjusted for the group. Other good group skills are Corrupting Polen, Rapid Maneuvers, Bone Shield, and Necrotic Orb. They offer things to every group. You need to keep one ice staff skill on bar if you want to use it to block with magicka. Otherwise, another weapon can be put in here like dual weild daggers if you dont want to use magicka or dont need to block (larger group).

Important Info for The Shepherd
Buff-food
Longfin Pasty with Melon Sauce (Max Health+Max Stamina+Max Magicka)
It’s important to keep all 3 pools very high and tri food is the best option to allow you flexibility to use your skills without running out of resources too quickly. They also restore in huge amounts from the potions passive, so you dont want to waste them.
Mundus Stone
The Ritual (Increased Healing)
The Ritual Mundus Stone allows you to amp your healing by 10% which will increase output of all heals. This is important as you have stamina burst healing and lighter magicka heals working as well. Paired with high uptime on major mending you will have good heals that crit as well.
Race
Argonian
Due to the Resourceful passive, Argonians have one of the best sustain options for PvP and thus match best with this setup.
Potions
There are a variety of Potions that you can use. I recommend using the normal Immovable Potions that give you Health, Stamina and CC Immunity.

Essence of Speed
(Speedbuff, Restore Health/second)
