Today we are going to take a look at how Stat Points work in Throne and Liberty. Stat points increase the power of your character. Make sure to not forget to place the extra points you get when leveling up. Otherwise, your character might feel weaker than he has to be. If you need help selecting the right stats for your build, please check out our Throne and Liberty Build Guides.

There are a total of four Attribute Stats in Throne and Liberty:

  • Strength
  • Dexterity
  • Wisdom
  • Perception

A few general notes:

  • Stat Points are earned when leveling up, which can be used to increase stats.
  • When you spend Stat Points on a stat, the selected stat and other related attribute stats are increased.
  • Once you spend a certain number of Stat Points on a stat, the number of Stat Points required to raise it will increase. So instead of 1, you might have to spend 2 Stat Points to get an increase.

Select Stat Points Carefully

As you can see the stats are very mixed. For a melee fighter, you want to make sure to go with Strength and Dexterity. For a Mage, you are more likely to select Wisdom and Perception. Note that only Strength increases your maximum Health. Therefore characters that use the Greatsword or any other physical damage weapon will not only get more damage but also have higher health. That is something that you need to keep in mind, especially in PvP.
