My CPU runs at 4.7 GHz and my ram runs at 4000MHz. I usually turn off all other programs such as Chrome or background programs to get as much performance out of the pc as possible. I do have a secondary PC that I use as a streaming device. Streaming can put a heavy load on your pc so I highly recommend using a secondary PC for it.

Now you know everything about my personal setup. Of course my setup is complete overkill and you really don’t need such a beast machine to run ESO. Believe it or not but ESO is very well optimized on lower and mid end PCs.
