Today we are going to take a look at the Treasure Goblin in Diablo 4. I am sure many of you wonder what exactly the Treasure Goblin does and how you find it.
The Treasure Goblin is a random encounter in Diablo IV that has the potential to give you amazing loot. After all the Goblin carries a big fat sack with juicy loot in it. Make sure to not let it get away! The Treasure Goblin will run through the area and make sure that you aggro plenty of monsters around you. While doing that, make sure to not let the Treasure Goblin run away.
It often spawns a portal and tries to teleport away from you, leaving you empty-handed. However, if you hit the Treasure Goblin the teleportation sequence is interrupted and it will try to run away again from you.
Once you have defeated the Treasure Goblin it will drop amazing loot, often even Legendary items or for example the Decaying Steed mount!
Here is a quick video of a random Treasure Goblin encounter in Diablo 4 from the beta. As you can see in the video the Goblin is fast.
We do hope you will eventually encounter a Treasure Goblin in Diablo 4. While the chance to encounter is low, it will happen eventually. Just make sure the Goblin doesn’t get away!
