Twin Striker Class Summary
The Twin Striker Class is a melee-focused damage dealer. Some of its attacks deal elemental Fire Damage, so you may want to create a build that goes along with this theme, although doing so is entirely optional.
An important feature of the Twin Striker class is the Combo system – some Twin Striker attacks fill the Combo Gauge, while others spend it to gain a damage bonus.
Twin Striker Basic Skills
Every class in Blue Protocol has its own set of Basic Skills. These are always active and determine how the class’ basic attacks work, along with how the class can defend itself. It also includes a couple of passives that give the class some extra identity.
Basic Skill Name |
---|
Steel Storm |
Turbulent Twister |
Dodge |
Aerial Attack |
Steel Storm
If you attack while pressing the Left or Right movement direction button, the second attack will be a spinning Slash Attack. If you attack while pressing the Forward movement button, the 3rd hit will perform a Thrust Attack that deals Fire Damage. If you attack while pressing the Backward movement button, the second step will be a Crescent Attack that grants you 3% increased Attack Power when it hits.
Turbulent Twister
A multi-stage attack that slashes while rotating. Reactivate while attacking to enter a Super Armor state and grant 10% HP Absorption based on the damage dealt.
Dodge
After a Perfect Dodge, the next attack within 10 seconds will be a Critical hit.
Aerial Attack
Your Aerial Attacks have 7% HP Absorb.
Twin Striker Tactical Skills
Below is an overview of the Tactical Skills currently available for the Twin Striker. It is possible that some of them may change for the international release of Blue Protocol, as the developers continue to work on the game.
Tactical Skills are skills in the traditional MMO sense – they are activated by pressing an assigned button on your skill bar, and have a Cooldown.
Skill Name | Skill Name |
---|---|
Storm Chaser | Inferno Flurry |
Squall Slam | Soul Reaper |
Bloody Helix | Pyro Wheel |
Warcry | Sanguine Steel |
Crimson Cross | Magmafall |
Brutal Blow | Ignition |
Storm Chaser
Stop and perform a multi-stage attack. Attacks from this skill greatly increase the Combo Gauge.
Squall Slam
Leap forward and perform a slamming attack creating an AOE shock wave.
Bloody Helix
Consume Stamina and perform a spinning slash attack. You can attack continuously by holding the skill button (limited number of times at low levels). When the attack hits, Absorb 20% HP based on the damage dealt.
Warcry
Let out a roar, applying Super Armor and Minor Increase Defense (10%) to yourself for 10 Seconds.
Crimson Cross
Cross your axes and swing down to perform a slashing attack. When the attack hits, Absorb 12% HP based on the damage dealt.
Brutal Blow
Perform a powerful horizontal slashing attack. At higher levels, can be charged up to increase the damage.
Inferno Flurry
Stop and perform a multi-stage Fire attack. Every second hit with this skill grants you a 5% damage buff.
Soul Reaper
Perform a slashing attack in front of yourself. When the attack hits, gives 40% HP Absorb based on the damage dealt.
Pyro Wheel
Performs a Fire Elemental slashing attack with a spinning slash. Slashing attack remains in place for a brief period of time. At higher levels, can be charged up to increase the Range.
Sanguine Steel
Gain 6% HP Absorption for most attacks for 25 seconds.
Magmafall
Leap forward and perform a slamming attack creating a Fire Elemental shock wave. Double Attack is possible with additional skill button press. Creates an AOE that deals continuous Fire damage when a Double Attack is performed. At higher levels, you can attack a third time to create a larger Fire AOE.
Ignition
While active, if you use an Attack Tactical Skill when the Combo Gauge is above a threshold, the Combo Gauge will be Consumed to Increase Damage of the Skill. The Combo Gauge will not be Consumed if it is not above the required threshold. However, damage dealt will also not be increased.
Ultimate Skills for the Twin Striker Class in Blue Protocol
Ultimate Skills are much more powerful than other skills, but have a very long Cooldown. Careful strategic use of these skills can be the difference between success and failure.
Vortex Strike
A powerful combo attack that launches an enemy, then slashes continuously while falling, followed by a slamming attack.
