We will now look at how to level up your Descendant fast in The First Descendant.
How to Level Up Fast – The First Descendant Powerleveling Guide
To get started, visit the Special Operation Terminal in Albion to browse the mission map in The First Descendant. In the Kingston region of the map, select the mission called Kingston Resource Defence.
This is a wave-by-wave encounter mission, where you need to defend an area against waves of enemies that gradually get stronger. Each wave you complete gives you a chunk of XP, and the further you get through it, the more XP and other rewards (like gold and crafting materials) you’ll earn as a reward. Kingston Resource Defense is the most efficient way to grind in The First Descendant.
You can do this mission either solo or team up with other players, it’s completely up to you. You’ll get plenty of loot in the process, including new weapons and modules – if you die, then you can go back to Albion and equip the best of your new items, dismantle the unwanted items for more crafting materials, then go back to the Kingston Resource Defence mission and continue the process.
It’s possible to reach max level with your character in just a couple of hours using this method. There is one caveat, though – since this is a low-level area of the map, the items you earn will eventually start being low compared to your character level. So this might not be the most well-rounded method for progressing your character, but in terms of levelling up as quickly as possible, it is the best method we’ve found so far.
