Where can you get plums in Pax Dei?
Plums in Pax Dei drop very rarely from human enemies on the map. The Inquisition Catalyst in Homey Valleys are confirmed to drop Plums however other Inquisition/human enemies might drop it as well.
Plums seem to be extremely rare and it is possible that you will be able to harvest plums in the future as one craft of the Plum Distillation recipe calls for 10 plums currently. It is also possible that the community has yet to find the best source for plums.
Plums in Pax Dei can not currently be harvested therefore you will need to have your fighters acquire them for your clans brewers.

The towers in your homey valley have human enemies that have very low chance of dropping plums. Other human enemies in the Homey Valley and Wildlands might drop plums however I have not confirmed this.
What are plums used for?
Plums are the first required ingredient that shows up in your distiller. In the distiller your create Plum Distillation which you can craft into Plum Spirits. The Plum Spirits liquor gives you high stamina regen and high resistance to poison.
