“Blooddrinker”

Sheogorath's Corner Builds

Introduction

Welcome to the Stamina Nightblade Bleed Build PvE “Blooddrinker” for Elder Scrolls Online. This build is part of the Sheogorath’s Corner, therefore it uses very specific themed sets and is here to bring fun and entertaining gameplay! If you want a more maximized dps setup I recommend checking out my Stamina Nightblade “Rampage” Build for Endgame Trials & Dungeon Build.

This Setup features specific bleed related Sets in combination with Nightblade abilities. We are using the Pillar of Nirn which deals physical Area of Effect damage and applies a bleed on all targets that get hit. The bleed lasts for 10 seconds and deals an insane amount of damage. The Pillar of Nirn Set can be found in the Falkreath Hold dungeon. The second set that we are using is the Blooddrinker which increases all bleed damage we do by 20%, therefore buffing our Pillar of Nirn Set and all our bleed abilities/attacks. The Blooddrinker Set can be found in Bloodroot Forge. In terms of Monster Set we are using the Domihaus to increase our overall Weapon damage and give us some more physical damage. You can find the Domihaus Monster Set in Falkreath Hold. I also made a second setup where I do not use a Monster Set but do instead use The Master's Axe to increase our Bloodcraze damage by an insane amount. The Master Weapons can be found in Dragonstar Arena. Both five piece sets can be aquired through normal mode dungeons, the Monster Set and Master Weapons need to be aquired in veteran mode. We are using a Dualwield & Two Hander setup as a primary loadout. However, you can also go with a Dualwield & Bow setup if you would like to.

Sets Explanation

Pillar of Nirn

The Pillar of Nirn five piece bonus is: “ When you deal damage, you have a 10% chance to create a fissure underneath the enemy after 1 second, dealing 2000 Physical Damage to all enemies within 2.5 meters and causing them to bleed for an additional 8000 Physical Damage over 10 seconds. This effect can occur once every 10 seconds”. This set procs very easy when you have a damage over time effect on the enemy. Once it procs it deals a bit of physical damage and applies a big bleed on the enemy that lasts for 10 seconds.

Blooddrinker

The Blooddrinker five piece bonus is: “ Increases the damage you deal with bleed damage over time effects by 20%“. All our bleed damage gets buffed by 20% from this set. We use this set on armor and jewelry so it always stays active even when we weapon swap.

Domihaus Monster Set

The Domihaus monster set does: “When you deal damage, you have a 15% chance to create either a ring of fire or ring of molten earth around you for 10 seconds, which deals 1000 Flame Damage or 1000 Physical Damage every 1 second. Standing within the ring grants you 200 Spell Damage or 200 Weapon Damage. This effect can occur once every 15 seconds”. In our case it will always do physical damage because we are a stamina based bleed setup and will give us weapon damage to increase the damage of our bleed effects.

Master’s Dagger & Axe

The The Master's Axe do: “Increases the bleed damage Twin Slashes deals by 1500 each tick”. we are using Blood Craze damage over time effect which will deal a lot of damage because it gets buffed by the master weapon. This set is only used on the alternative gear setup.

Master Two Hander

The The Master's Greatsword does: “Increases the direct damage Cleave deals by 1500 for each enemy in its cone, up to maximum of 9000 increased damage”. This can increase our AoE damage by an insane amount. The Brawler skill will do about 5x the damage if you manage to hit the maximum amount of targets to increase the damage.

Twin Blade and Blunt passive

This is not a set but a very important passive. You want to make sure to run at least one Axe on the frontbar. Because: “Each axe equipped gives your weapon attacks a 50% chance to bleed enemies for X Physical Damage over 6 seconds”. This applies a very strong bleed on the enemy.

Resource Management

In terms of resource management i found that the best setup is a mix of Light and Heavy Attacks. Make sure to use Heavy Attacks on the frontbar and Light Attacks on the backbar. Stamina Nightblade has Leeching Strikes which helps a bit with sustain, I recommend using it. You can also run the Dubious Camoran Throne Drink which gives a lot of Stamina recovery, just make sure to adjust your Health values! Play around a little bit and find the best option for you!

  • Leeching Strikes
  • Heavy Attacks
  • Stamina Recovery Glyphs
  • Dubious Camoran Throne Drink

Solo & Dungeons Setup

Stamina Nightblade Bleed Build PvE
Weapon Power Potion, Weapon Damage Enchant and Domihaus were active. I am using an Outfit here, that is why you can not see the Monster Helmet.

Gear

We have two gear setups that we can use. The first one is with a Monster Set and is easier to get, the second one is with Master Weapons which require you to complete veteran Dragonstar Arena.

Gear Setup 1

  • Monster Set: You can use any Monster Set you want, I just recommend Domihaus because it increases your Weapon damage by a lot.

Important Info for Stamina Nightblade Bleed Build PvE

Buff-food

Using Dubious Camoran Throne Drink allows us to do a light attack rotation because it boosts our stamina recovery by a lot.

Dubious Camoran Throne Drink (Max Health+Max Stamina+Stamina Recovery)

New Player Beginner Guide ESO

Mundus Stone

I do recommend the Lover Mundus Stone as a good junk of our damage still comes from normal attacks. Just keep in mind that bleeds already ignore resistances, so you could also use The Warrior Mundus Stone that increases our weapon damage so our bleeds do more damage. I

The Lover (Increased Physical Penetration)
or
The Warrior (Increased Weapon Damage)

Race

For this setup any race works, I still do recommend using stamina based races tho.

Redguard (Recommended)
Khajiit
Imperial
Orc
Any Race

Potions

Potions are optional, I do recommend using them as they will help with sustain and damage output, but I also do understand that those are quite expensive.

Weapon Crit Potions
(Weap dmg, Weap Crit, Stamina)
(Blessed Thistle, Dragonthorn, Wormwood)

Weapon Power Potions

Passives

Rotation

For this setup all you need to do is keep up your Damage over Time Effects and then weave Light attacks with Surprise Attack to maximize the damage output.
