Magicka Warden Build PvE

Magicka Warden Build Ice & Fire

Introduction

Welcome to the Magicka Warden Build “Ice & Fire” for Elder Scrolls Online. Make sure to bookmark the link as I will keep updating the build for each new Update of ESO.

The Ice & Fire build is created for Dungeons & Trials. It features the new Warden Class.

Prototype Build

This is a prototype build, it has to be further tested and optimized. The Warden class has yet to be released to find the full potential of the build. However, with this here you will kind of be able to see the basics of the class and where you want to build it towards! So lets get started!

General Information

Warden focus on pets and frost abilties. The Warden has a mixed melee and ranged playstyle. To achieve the highest possible damage you need to be in melee range. Unlike Sorcerers, most of their “pets” are abilities and do not require to be double slotted! Only the Bear Ultimate and the Belly Netch count towards “summonable pets”.We are using the Necropotence set which will give us an insane magicka pool, together with the Sleet Storm Ultimate that gives us an extra 8% extra Magicka!

  • Warden Class
  • Dungeons & Trials
  • Ice & Fire abilities
  • High Magicka resource pool
  • Good sustain
  • Good damage
  • Belly Netch!!!!

Gear [Best in Slot]

No Moondancer/Maelstrom Staff? Those Two Staves are very difficult to get. You could get two Necropotence Staves, if you do not have a Moondancer staff. Or use a random sharpened staff.

Why a Shock Staff? Heavy Shock Staffs do a ton of damage and it also helps a lot with restoring Magicka. Dealing damage and restoring Magicka? Hell yes!

Gear [Beginner]

This setup is dedicated to people that have not had the chance to farm the necessary gear for the maximum damage potential for this Magicka Warden build. Julianos is craftable and Necropotence can be farmed in Rivenspire. In case you do not have time to farm Necropotence you could also use Twice Born Star! Make sure to ask a friend to craft Julianos gear for you. I do recommend that you are aiming for 17k health. To achieve this you can buy one or two Willpower rings with a healthy trait.
