Magicka Templar Healer Build “Reliever” – Morrowind
Table of Contents
Welcome to the Magicka Templar Healer Build “Reliever” for Elder Scrolls Online. Make sure to bookmark the link as I will keep updating the build for each new Update of ESO. The Reliever Healer Build is made for PvE Trials & Dungeons. Reliever was created by Vana, a member of Hodor. Make sure to subscribe to her Youtube Channel. She is uploading videos from time to time showing the build in action! Healing is a very difficult job, depending on how organized your group plays. There is no “best” setup for a healer build.
The Reliever build is focusing on supporting the group with Wormcult and Spellpower cure and lots of other sets that you can choose. Which gives Spellcost reduction and Spell/Weapondamage to the group members. I will also list other sets that healers can wear. So you get a broad perspective on different possible setups! With this setup we are in full light armor, which can be difficult at the start, as you will have pretty low resistances. Once you get used to that kind of setup, you should know how to handle it. We are also using the Master Restoration staff, as you will see below. We are using this staff to support the group with extra Stamina, as you want to block huge incoming damage ticks.
For Magicka Templars make sure to use Channeled Focus, the skill provides Armor & Spell resistance and it also gives you extra Magicka Recovery. Now on this build we are using 2x Magicka Recovery Glyphs and 1 Cost Reduction Glyph. You can also try running Witchmothers Brew Drink with 1 Recovery Glyph to compare what gives you better sustain! Also do not forget to Heavy Attack as Resto Staves give you 30% more resources back!

Gear Best in Slot
As a Templar Healer it is very imporant to talk to your buddy to adjust your gear. In a Raid you should always have Wormcult & Healing Mage set present. So most of the times Healer 1 (Wormcult & Spellpower Cure) and Healer 2 (Mending & Spellpower Cure). In the end it is up to you with what sets you go, I will list a few good sets here that you can choose from.
|Weapon 1||Master||Resto Staff||Infused/Powered||Base|
|Weapon 2||Maelstrom/Master||Lightning Staff||Charged||Base|

Witchmothers Brew Drink (Max Health, Max Magicka, Magicka Recovery)
The Thief ( Increased Spell Critical)
The Attronarch ( Increased Magicka Recovery)
Try to play with both, if you still have sustain issues then I recommend using the Attronarch Mundus Stone. If you can sustain fine without the Attronarch then use the Thief for more critheals.
(Spell-crit, Spell Damage, Magicka)
(Cornflower, Ladys Smock, Water Hyacinth)
In case you are still unsure on how to mix the ingredients together, you can check out a alchemy simulator here: Alchemy Simulator
You will need the following passives:
Aedric Spear, Dawns Wrath, Restoring Light, Light Armor, Destruction Staff, Restoration Staff, Fighters Guild, Mages Guild, Racial, Vampire, Undaunted, Alchemy: Medicinal Use
I highly recommend being a Vampire for the extra 10% Magicka and Stamina recovery!
