Introduction
Welcome to the Magicka Templar Healer Build PvE “Reliever” for Elder Scrolls Online. Make sure to bookmark the link as I will keep updating the build for each new Update of ESO. The Reliever Healer Build is made for PvE Trials & Dungeons. Reliever was created by Vana, a member of Hodor. Make sure to subscribe to her Youtube Channel. She is uploading videos from time to time showing the build in action! Healing is a very difficult job, depending on how organized your group plays. There is no “best” setup for a healer build.
The Reliever build is focusing on supporting the group with Wormcult and Spellpower cure and lots of other sets that you can choose. Which gives Spellcost reduction and Spell/Weapondamage to the group members. I will also list other sets that healers can wear. So you get a broad perspective on different possible setups! With this setup we are in full light armor, which can be difficult at the start, as you will have pretty low resistances. Once you get used to that kind of setup, you should know how to handle it. We are also using the Master Restoration staff, as you will see below. We are using this staff to support the group with extra Stamina, as you want to block huge incoming damage ticks.
Changes from the previous version
The only thing that changes is that we now place Glyphs on the Master/Maelstrom Weapons, as those count as set bonuses now. The Master Staff is still way stronger than the new Asylum Restoration staff, that is why we will keep it. I will keep the video from Horns of the Reach here as it is still pretty accurate.
Remember, there is a lot of good sets for Healers, make sure to coordinate sets with other Players.
Resource Management
For Magicka Templars make sure to use Channeled Focus, the skill provides Armor & Spell resistance and it also gives you extra Magicka Recovery. Now on this build we are using 2x Magicka Recovery Glyphs combined with Witchmothers Brew Drink to give us enough sustain. Also do not forget to Heavy Attack as Resto Staves give you 30% more resources back!
- Channeled Focus
- Magicka Recovery Glyph
- Cost Reduction Glyph
- Heavy Attacks

In the end it is up to you with what sets you go, I will list a few good sets here that you can choose from.
