Magicka Nightblade Build “Azure”
Welcome to the Magicka Nightblade Build “Azure” for Elder Scrolls Online. Make sure to bookmark the link as I will keep updating the build for each new Update of ESO.
The “Azure” is made for PvE Trials & Dungeons. However, it also works great for Solo-content.
Magicka Nightblades are great allrounders. They have very good Single Target damage and crazy Area of Effect (AoE) damage output due to their special passives and skill. Magicka Nightblades are also great for supporting healing during fights as their main AoE damage comes from Sap Essence which provides insanse healing while you deal damage! Magicka Nightblades also have very fast Ultimate generation because of certain the Catalyst passive and Sould Harvest Ultimate which both provide extra Ultimate points. They basically can use their Ultimates on trash twice as much as other classes because of those two things!
High single target (ST) damage
Good ranged & melee damage
Crazy area of effect (AoE) damage
Crazy ultimate generation
Easy survivability due to magicka shield
Trials, Dungeons, Solo & Open World, it works everywhere!
Gear [Best in Slot]
No Moondancer Staff? In case you do not have a Moondancer Staff, use a random sharpened staff. It is the next best solution and you barely loose any damage.
|Weapon 1||Moondancer||Fire||Sharpened||Spell Dmg|
|Weapon 2||Maelstrom||Shock||Sharpened||Maelstrom Enchant|
This setup is dedicated to people that have not had the chance to farm the necessary gear for the maximum damage potential for this Magicka Nightblade build. All the gear here is either craftable or cheap to get in a guildstore. Make sure to ask a friend to craft Twice Born Star and Julianos gear for you. I do recommend that you are aiming for 17k health. To achieve this you can buy one or two Willpower rings with a healthy trait.
|Chest||Twice Born Star||Heavy||Divine||Magicka|
|Belt||Twice Born Star||Medium||Divine||Magicka|
|Shoes||Twice Born Star||Light||Divine||Magicka|
|Pants||Twice Born Star||Light||Divine||Magicka|
|Hands||Twice Born Star||Light||Divine||Magicka|
|Weapon 1||Julianos||Fire||Sharpened||Spell Dmg|
|Weapon 2||Julianos||Shock||Sharpened||Fire Dmg|
Where can I get the gear?
Burning Spellweave: City of Ash
Moondancer: Maw of Lorkhaj
Grothdarr: Vaults of Madness
Twice Born Star: Craftable
Kena: White Gold Tower
Maelstrom Staff: vMaelstrom Arena
Willpower: Imperial City Vaults, Guildstore
|Fire Staff Mainbar||Shock Staff Bar|
|Slot 1: Blockade of Fire||Slot 1: Merciless Resolve|
|Slot 2: Crippling Grasp||Slot 2: Twisting Path|
|Slot 3 Force Pulse||Slot 3: Sap Essence|
|Slot 4: Impale||Slot 4: Rearming Trap|
|Slot 5: Inner Light||Slot 5: Harness Magicka|
|Ultimate: Shooting Star||Ultimate: Soul Harvest|
Shooting Star vs Elemental Storm: If you do prefer, you can use Elemental Storm (Destruction staff Ultimate). The reason why we are using Shooting star is because we use it on bossfights and it generates a lot of Ultimate on trashfights once it is casted on my mobs. That way we can regain ultimate faster. Together with the insane Ultimate generation from Soulharvest this is quite insanse and you can use Shooting Star super fast again.
